We held a rehearsal dinner for my son’s wedding at Caribsea! We were so pleased with everything from the planning to the final bill. The atmosphere was elegant and cozy, the food was fabulous, and the service was above and beyond! We had a lot of guests with food allergies… chef prepared specific plates for each of those guests, they labeled all of the food just in case we missed anyone’s allergy (we did buffet style for the majority of our 50 guests.) The final cost (even with an open bar) was a pleasant surprise. I gave Caribsea a budget and they stayed well under - I was shocked. The quality of everything was worth so much more. Everyone had a great time! I want to thank Vito, chef and the wait staff - everyone was so kind and so professional!
Vegetarian options: We had vegan, serious food allergies, and gluten free guests. Chef made plates specifically for their likings.

Highly recommended! The food portion was great, not the “American” size. We ordered the clam chowder, raw oyster, and my husband ordered grouper (the fish dish from the menu). Our dessert was candy bacon crème brûlée. It was delicious!

Atmosphere: It’s a restaurant inside what looks more like a professional building - with that said, they’ve done a great job. It rained when we visited, so we missed out on the rooftop level - our normal hangout.
Food: Appetizer crab cake was overpriced at $24, my wife and I shared 4 bites. My wife’s fish special was exceptional, perfectly prepared and incredibly delicious.
I had the NY Strip, priced at $79. This was the most disappointing meal that I’ve had in a long while. The steak lacked flavor, was tough, and the meat more resembled pork. If I had only paid $30 for it, I’d still be writing this review. Steer away from ordering steak, at least not until the owner starts offering better cuts. For right now, don’t throw away $79. Stick with seafood here.
Overall, we love this restaurant. The people and service are exceptional. Most of the time, this is our favorite spot to enjoy drinks and dinner.

The food in extremely good. One of the best burgers I have ever had. Cooked perfectly. Unique and excellent flavor.
The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is for 2 reasons - We were sat at a round table and on 2 sides of the table, there are supporting boards (not sure why they are needed on a round table) and you cannot get your legs under the table. So if you are sitting on 2 specific ends of the table, good luck getting under the table. The other reason is the chairs at this table were incredibly uncomfortable. So the chairs + the position at the table made for a very painful experience. My back is still hurting from my visit.
Other than that, the food and the server were excellent. Our food came out quickly and our waitress was very good. If I go back again, I will make sure we are sat at a normal rectangular table with different chairs. (the chairs at the rectangular tables were different than the chairs at our round table I believe)
Superior service. Best crab cake ever as well as the Oyster Rock. Keith's salad was excellent. We will be back soon.
