The 1st visit, 2 years ago, was nice. The 2nd visit, not so much. The donuts WERE NOT fresh. The coffee was so old and strong it could walk your donuts to the car. It was also $4 and undrinkable. And, there was a huge water bug crawling across the floor so I couldn't eat the donut after seeing it.

Disappointed that the website says $1.59 per glazed donut on THEIR website but when you go in there, they charge $32 a dozen. That is $2.67 per donut and not what is advertised online. Beware of this difference. We called and they didn’t seem interested in updating their website. They mentioned it’s been $32 per dozen for 2 years.

On October 11 at 9:02 as per the receipt we ordered 4 donuts. Finally got the 4 donuts at 9:43 after asking about the order. Not worth waiting 40 minutes for the donuts. Also only received 3 out of the 4 donuts, went back inside to get the other one.

First time trying Flip Flop’s donuts after moving to E.I. It’s actually my birthday today and hasn’t been going well so far but the lady with the short hair and glasses changed that around with her sweet attitude and then she put an apple fritter in my box of donuts for me for my birthday, for free. It was so nice and unexpected.
Now, on to the taste. The cake batter donuts are to die for. I literally got there right before close and they were still fresh, airy and delicious. Just the right amount of sweetness. The apple fritter was the highlight of my day. They have a customer for life 😁

A very good experience. Friendly customer service that was very helpful and knowledgeable. The donuts were exactly what I expected. Note that there are only two flavors of bagels that they sell. At least that's what they had when I was there.

Wow. Their donuts don’t just look good, but you can taste the quality and love put into them. Their donuts are massive so it will actually fill you up for breakfast. Their lemon pie donut is bomb, and I can’t wait to try the other ones later. They were pretty busy for 845 on a Sunday morning, so you know it’s good. Definitely worth a stop!

My son and I wanted donuts while we were in town and we thought we would try Flip Flops. First, staff was super friendly and we talked to the owner, who was very personable. Second? These donuts are yummy! We got our coffee iced and they give you coffee cubes so that your coffee isn’t watered down. Needless to say, I will be returning.

So I got the pleasure of trying these donuts at a local partner. We attempted to visit the actual store after checking hours online and seeing they were open. There was a sign on their door that said sold out when we pulled up but the open sign was lit. I opened the door to see what the shop was like and potentially buy something else and was immediately told we’re sold out of everything. Which can’t be right since they sell supposedly beverages and items not made fresh. I went to leave and one of the associates snarled “there’s a sign on the door”. How about locking the door if you don’t want people coming in?? Soo yeah bad taste in my mouth.

I stopped in today to purchase donuts and was immediately told they were sold out. While I understand items can sell out, the manner in which the staff member addressed me was unnecessarily curt and dismissive, pointing out the sign with an unpleasant tone as if I were at fault. Clearer signage and more courteous customer service would go a long way in improving the experience for future customers
