Small dining room, reservations suggested! Great service, great food. Daughter swears by the short ribs, the grouper special was cooked to perfection, honey opted for the salmon and was not disappointed. Anything you could want in a martini is on the menu, try the prickly pear martini for something not too sweet, the Emerald Isle martini is sweet and fruity.
My husband, two sons, and I visited Kathryn’s Bistro for dinner for the first time. The restaurant has a warm, cozy, not at all cramped atmosphere. It is fine dining but feels relaxed. We had the firecracker shrimp appetizer, the short ribs, lobster, shrimp bisque, Caesar salad, and vanilla crème brûlée, and it was all prepared perfectly and delicious. This was my first visit and I would definitely return. The food was very good and of course the drinks. They were a little heavy handed with the alcohol but I guess that's the point. The staff was also very friendly and the vibe was definitely what you want while on vacation.
