Sol Bowls is always a favorite stop for us! I get the signature Sol Bowl every time, and I’m obsessed, I didn’t think I’d like the almond butter, but I LOVE it. Everything is quick, fresh, and looks just as good as it tastes. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better.
My kids think of it as their “healthy ice cream bowl” and get so excited to come here. The cute decor, books, and little play car are such a nice touch too. We always look forward to stopping by whenever we visit EI!

Heard about this place from a friend. So glad I tried it! Got the regular Sol Bowl, and honestly it was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. Genuinely that delicious! Already looking forward to coming back again. I noticed the produce seems top quality, and and staff was very friendly as well.
