Heard about this place from a friend. So glad I tried it! Got the regular Sol Bowl, and honestly it was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. Genuinely that delicious! Already looking forward to coming back again. I noticed the produce seems top quality, and and staff was very friendly as well.

Wonderful service! I wish I got the young ladies name that helped me. She helped me make a decision and get my food quickly since I was running late. Food was fresh and delicious. It was very busy and limited seating at 730 am so if you go just be prepared for it to be busy. I'll be back!

I'm so glad this place is in EI! The best coffee on the whole island (if not the whole OBX). I'm very particular about my coffee and usually make my coffee at home, but Sol Bowls has really delicious espresso drinks! Their cold brew (high tide) is absolutely the best cold brew I've ever had! It's so smooth and flavorful! The high tide is also a visually stunning drink!
I also tried the avocado toast and acai bowls, which are both satisfying and a healthier option compared to a lot of the other food options on the island.
The decor is also really cute! I love the plants. 💙

This was my first time ever trying an açaí bowl and I was immediately hooked! It was so refreshingly delicious that I found myself going back the very next day for another one while on our family vacation! The atmosphere is cute and we even saw them unloading all the boxes of fruit from the truck so you know the produce was fresh. Don’t miss a stop to try this out!
