If I could give Sol Bowls 100 stars, I would! Hands down the best restaurant on Emerald Isle. Each bowl is crafted to perfection with fresh fruit and a deliciously blended base. Everything tastes so fresh!! The thing that really makes them stand out is the friendly service. I was greeted with a smile from the minute I walked through the door. Stellar in every single way! Can’t wait to come back!!

This is an absolute must-stop every time we are in EI. The service is always great, the owners are usually there and are very friendly and engaging. All of the bowls I’ve had are excellent, though usually I go with the Sol bowl with Nutella. The bowls have a ton of fresh fruit and they don’t skimp on Nutella ?. Both the outdoor and indoor seating are great. The inside is very nicely decorated and has a boho, calm vibe. This is our top spot in NC for a “sol bowl”!!
