We ate at The Trading Post last night. The food was great and the staff was friendly. What stood out the most was how well the staff worked together. They were helping each other, filling glasses and delivering food for each other, the hostess never stopped moving…constantly checking to see if wait staff needed assistance. A great overall experience.
The atmosphere is comfortable and pleasing.
Food was amazing and Lauren, our awesome server, made sure it was to our liking! All in all, our new favorite places!

We were seated but left after 10 minutes of being ignored while the other 2 tables also outside had multiple visits. It's a small place and we weren't in an obscure corner so we were clearly not a priority for this business.

When someone in your party finds a dead fly sitting right on top of their food as soon as it’s delivered, you can pretty much wave the white flag. There’s no recovering after that. I tried stomaching my way through my meal, but the fly my sister found underneath the bread of her sandwich ruined everyone’s appetite. Additionally, our waitress took nearly 30 minutes to check back in on us before finally coming over to ask why we weren’t eating our food. When we told her, she clearly had no idea how to respond. She took my sister’s meal off the bill, we paid, and then we left hungry.

Love this place. I don't usually hit this side of the island but a family member wanted to meet there. I was very impressed. I got the southern omelette with black eyes peas and collards. I like to try new things and I love collards. It was actually very good. Would go back in a heartbeat.

This place was awesome. I went for breakfast and everything was delicious. The service was awesome. We brought our pet and were told we could sit outside with him in the very spacious outdoor seating. The server even brought out a dog bowl for him to have a drink. I will absolutely be back.

Ordered the fried oysters and grilled shrimp. Not much seasoning on the shrimp although they were grilled well. The oysters were small and overcooked making them a bit tough. Food was on par with what you would expect to get from a Golden Corral.
