Well, I have ate here twice in two weeks and had similar experiences both times. The food was average at best. The waffles are small, thin, and oddly shaped while most of them appeared to be burned. The bacon was way overcooked. One of my biggest concerns is the sanitation grade of a 90. While still an A that is quite low in my opinion. The kitchen area looks well organized but if you look real closely it’s quite dirty. The tables were very sticky from dried syrup. Three girls...
Food was ok. Service was the worst EVER. Rude and disrespectful. If the employees weren’t being rude I had to listen to them complain about other customers and about how they didn’t want to do there jobs. Horrible atmosphere.
It was my birthday this weekend and my 4 children and girlfriend and I decided to go to WH for breakfast. The service was absolutely incredible. The crew did not know it was my birthday until the end of the meal but they were quick to seat us and quick to get our order out even with it being super busy. Once made aware of the day, they had the whole crew come and wish me a happy birthday and even gave me a surprise gift. This location will ALWAYS get my business and has once again...
