We came through the drive through today around 2PM. Micheal J greeted us in the drive through. He was friendly and went above and beyond with his customer service. The woman who passed us our food was also very friendly. Our food came out hot and fresh. We also got a good amount of food for the price we payed. I would highly recommend this location!
This one is behind the times. Where is the coca cola freestyle machine? Other Zaxby locations have it.
The food didn't seem to taste as good as I have before at other locations...was kind of blah. Old oil in the fryer? Something was off. Ordered the wings and things. At least the wings were OK, but the things weren't.

This location had greasy tables with crumbs, and they forgot to provide napkins and forks when food was brought to the table. I don't understand why Zaxby's doesn't put the napkins out for customers to use when they need it. The ladies restroom was dirty and had toilet tissue on the floor. Cashier was not friendly. Only positive thing was that food was hot and fresh.
