I ordered on the app and it was supposed to be ready in 30 minutes. We'll, I had to wait 15 more minutes for my chicken to be ready. Couldn't cancel the order at the store since I ordered on the app, and there's no cancel option on the damn app
Very busy at this time....right after church
Overall experience was good.

Bojangles is a clean and friendly restaurant with a spotless interior. The staff are attentive and often go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Although the food is good, it could be warmer at times. Customers have noted that service can be slow, with some experiencing longer wait times, especially during busy hours. While the food is generally satisfying, like the gravy biscuit, it is often better when served hot. The courteous staff are willing to accommodate special requests, contributing to a positive dining experience, even if there can be delays at the register. Overall, Bojangles offers a great atmosphere, and some customers have praised the pleasant and energetic staff, especially during early morning shifts, making for a fresh start to the day.
