I normally order the same thing when I come in town. A 35 piece mixed with lemon pepper and hot, normally it taste like I like it can taste all the flavor. This time it tasted like watered chicken didnt have no flavor at all.

301 Wingz has the best food. Everything is cooked hot and fresh to order I mean everything from the fried mac and cheese, to the salads, wings, chocolate tuxedo cake.... It is all delicious. The servers have always been quick, kind, and focused.
I have ordered here quite a few times and they were pretty good. However, recently they have gone downhill. Today I ordered 10 teriyaki and 5 BBQ, all I can say is they were terrible! They were cooked hard and tasted frozen. This is definitely my last time ordering from here.

Went in to order a to go order and got 10 wings and a kids meal tender. Asked for extra ranch, only got 2 in the bag. This place is going downhill every time I go there. The staff don't seem to care, and the food quality is getting worse.

First time going after hearing good things about it. Ordered a bbq cheese burger that included an onion ring. When I read onion ring on a burger Iāve always received a fried one. Tonight I was told they use both so I was giving a raw piece of onion I DONT EAT RAW ONIONS!!!! Yes I was offered a redo but I was already pressed for time. Female cashier who took my order on 8/26/25 @8:23 pm may need to see if food service is for her. Very disappointed!!!!

I made an online order, walked in and made a mistake and said it was a call in order to the rude white girl. Mind you the restaurant was empty and they werenāt busy at allā¦ So she looks at the screen and back at me and makes the phone gesture with her hand as if she was making a call and goes āare you sure it was a call in order?āso I say ā my bad it was an online orderā and she asked for my name and she started getting my order together. I was on the phone with a friend and even my friend said she was rude. So she gets my order together then proceeds to tell me I need to know how I placed my order because it makes her job harder dealing with DoorDash and dine in tickets. THEY HAD NO CUSTOMERS! So I kindly brushed her off because I was on the phone but she got lucky because if I wasnāt on the phone she would have gotten some harsh words from me but I wonāt be eating here again. Iām not from Fayetteville I just work here and Iāve gotten food from here on the way home but I wonāt be ordering here again smh.

I kindly said, āI asked for no ice please .ā The lady, maybe a manager told the other lady who cashed me out . āShe said she wanted no ice but thereās barely any ice in it.ā I ignored her and waited for the other lady to bring my new drink . I get back to work to eat and take a sip of my drink. Itās watered down . Basically water with a pink tint, (I ordered pink lemonade). It felt deliberately done. Iāll never spend my hard earned money here again!

The place on the inside is nice, but itās no way I can be happy about spending $31.00 plus a $5.00 tip for a takeout order and you served me some raging Cajun wings that are party wings tossed in Texas Pete hot sauce with a pinch of Cajun seasoning on topš! Thatās unacceptableā¦ the chicken tenders were average and the zucchini fries were ok. Overall the food isnāt worth the price.
