This is probably our 5th time going to this location, and the drinks are consistently terrible. No matter how much you add, they’re never sweet and taste like they’re made randomly. The coffee itself tastes old. We kept giving it chances hoping it would improve, but it only got worse. On top of that, the staff is rude and gives dirty looks when you customize your drink. If you’re in Fayetteville, skip this location and go to the 7 Brew on Raeford Rd — they always make drinks perfectly and actually sweet.

They have the best service and absolutely delicious lattes! I don’t live in the area, but whenever I visit my fiancé, I get so excited knowing I’ll be able to stop by 7 Brew and get my favorite latte. The staff loves to chat with you while you wait and are all very personable, providing exceptional service. I usually have to twist people’s arms to get a pup cup for my dog, but they offered one without me even having to ask, which made both of our days. My dog loves this place just as much as I do!

This is my second time coming to this specific 7brew. This go around my service was terrible. No one but one other car was there and I was behind them. They were talking with the cashier for over ten minutes and he already received their drink(s)! The cashier kept looking back at me like I was inconveniencing them on coming and interrupting their conversation. Finally after ten minutes they get someone from inside to come take my order. My drink comes out and the cashier is still going on with her conversation! RUDE. RUDE. RUDE!!!!!!!! If there was only one other car there I don’t think another person should have came out to take my order. Whatever!

Hands down the best 7brew ever! I've been to a few and this one is always up beat and always consistent with their drinks. There is one employee specifically, Amelia, who remembers us every time and they are so lucky to have someone like her ❤️ I cant say enough great things about this place!!
