We come here like once every blue moon and I don’t know what has happened lately but it was very dirty. There were water bugs and roaches visibly coming out and attending with us. We even moved booths and still seen them crawling around/out. Not sure what’s going on or if there’s an infestation. Staff is always great however!

So we waited forever to be seated although there were perhaps 4 diners inside. The hostess wasn't present. So I asked if we seated ourselves. The lady told me we could. It took a very long time to order our drinks. Another very long wait for our food to arrive just for it to be lukewarm.

Never had any issues with this Applebee's. Great service and food . DO NOT VISIT THE RAMSEY STREET LOCATION....WE LEFT TONIGHT AND CAME TO SKIBO ....ALWAYS GREAT SERVICE HERE
