PAID FOR 2 - 8 oz steaks. One steak and meal was fine, not sure of size as didn’t consider checking.
Second steak, ordered medium and was cooked EXTREMELY Well Done. Couldn’t hardly even cut it.
Called and had remade. Brought meal back and picked up new meal.
New steak looked MUCH smaller and they KNEW and verified it was to be 8 oz. I weighed it and it was 5.5 oz. DON’T use the excuse of its 8 oz uncooked either because there’s NO WAY it cooked...read full review
There was a truck parked taking up the handicapped spot that we actually needed. We have a van and my client is in a motorized wheelchair.
The manager refused to do anything and was so rude to us about it.
What is the point of having the handicapped signs and fine if you will not do anything about it.
