Arrival for my family was 935p the restaurant had approximately 8 patrons at the bar and only 2 tables with 2 patrons at each, totaling 12 customers not counting our additional 8, our waitress was overall pleasant but needless to say 2 different appetizers had to be returned because of them being cold as well as a full entree do to the vegetables within the Cajun Chicken Alfredo weren’t even cooked on it, they were add if the cook forgot to add them and did so before sending the entree out, for one of my family members, Everyone knows you do not get foods remade…that’s a No No, So she ended up eating off of the entire other family members plates, overall paying 194.00 with the majority being satisfied was a 6.5 out of 10 for me.

1st of all I'm 6 6 they sat me down at the smallest table where I had no room to move. Legs cramped up. I ordered the bourbon chicken and shrimp my food looked under cooked but when I tasted the chicken it tasted like perfume my tongue and mouth had a nasty taste in it that I literally had to go to my car to rinse my mouth out with listerine but the waitress was very nice and apologize the whole time

The service was awful. Noone in our section but it took waitress 15 minutes each time we asked for 1 thing and she would only bring 1 thing at a time.
Took forever for the waitress to come back and get my order. Then she never gave to me bc she was too busy on the other side of the bar talking with the other waitresses and waiters. When someone else gave me my blackened salmon the blackened part was missing on the salmon. Pissed me off bc I hadn’t eaten all day and drove 40 minutes there. I just got up and left. Service was horrible

We came in to an empty host stand. We waited about 10 minutes standing for someone. The bartender said someone will be right with you. Two waiters came by and said someone will be with you. I left my party and went to the bathroom to see an employee who happened to be the host on his phone at the bathrooms. I went back to the front to my party who had still not been seated and finally he came to seat us as he was putting his phone away. When we ordered the mozzarella sticks and boneless wings were luke warm. The only hot item was the chicken entree. EXTREMELY disappointed and unacceptable. We come here often and live close by and this isn't first bad experience. I'm not sure why we keep trying. Apologetic responses to poor service dont mean anything if nothing improves.
