Applebee's Grill + Bar

Our server Rosalinda was great, our drinks were great, and the food was good. We overheard several other customers complaining about wait times and food quality but we got lucky to be sat in Rosalinda's section. I don't go to Applebee's for top notch food, but we were pretty impressed with the bourbon Street menu as well. Can't believe I'd ever rate an Applebee's 5 stars but we had a great overall experience.

I ordered the ribs..there was not meat only glazed bones...the rice was very dry...the manager (Alicia) was very apologetic and allowed me to change my order...I ordered the bourbon shrimp over pasta...it came back all burnt... the kitchen manager (Tony) came, looked at the food and agreed it was not right...when Tony returned with my food, I felt like a queen...his presentation and attitude deserves commendation...

Emmy was an amazing server. She was super knowledgeable about the menu and made sure we had everything we needed. She was also incredibly friendly and personable. Make sure you ask for her next time you dine in!

Went in tonight this server with black hair and glasses and a sleeve tattoo took our order, well we noticed she attended the men that were there really politely she did NOT have the same energy with my friend and I, she rolled her eyes at us when we said we wanted a to go plate for our food when we had an emergency and barely came to our table because she was so entertained with the men. We still gave a tip because we understand in this economy everyone needs help but due to her very poor service we will not be back!! We feel that we were very polite and respectful so we would've loved the same energy.

I ordered a balsamic strawberry salad and for $15 or so its not worth it.

Service here is terrible, yiure better off eating at McDonald’s, the whole staff needs to be overhauled.
