Food was great and server was attentive. Even took initiative of placing kids (toddlers)order first and brought hot to table but not too hot that they would get burned with the dish.

We were sat near the loud rowdy people at the bar in a near empty restaurant. The waitress rarely checked on us and was socializing with the people at the bar.

We ordered to go and Zack was working solo holding down the to go orders. The food was fresh & everything was correct, we were highly satisfied! My parents ordered from them the other day and my parents said the food was really good! I appreciate good food and good service!

Customer service is nonexistent. If you come in to pick up a to-go order, they employees will walk past you as if you don't exist and won't even acknowledge you. Takes more than 15 minutes to even be acknowledged every time I pick up an order.

Our server Rosalinda was great, our drinks were great, and the food was good. We overheard several other customers complaining about wait times and food quality but we got lucky to be sat in Rosalinda's section. I don't go to Applebee's for top notch food, but we were pretty impressed with the bourbon Street menu as well. Can't believe I'd ever rate an Applebee's 5 stars but we had a great overall experience.
