“I was ordering late but didn’t know it was for the next morning. We were close so we went to the drive thru about 11:15. We told Kada (sorry if misspelled) and she was so sweet! She offered to call the gen mgr bcz (the order would still show in the am) I told her she didn’t have to but she insisted it was absolutely no problem. The gen mgr picked up immediately and said sure no problem. 😌 Kada was so sweet and helpful!! 🥰 And ofc the food was good delicious as it’s always been at this location! Thanks so much!!“
“The drive through has mistaken orders. We always check our bags/bags before driving out to make sure we got what we ordered. The mistakes occured were roughly equal. The drive through order with the operator of the order area misheard us or the order was mixed up between us and the vehicle in front of or behind us. I understand how that can happen. The microphone where we order is not high quality in older Arby's as the newer locations are significantly better.“
“Inital service was fast. Wait time for food was about 10 minutes. Both portions of the French Dip and the other sandwich were very good. Did not like the fries as they were a mix of curly and regular. The pump station for sauces was empty. I told staff but no one ever refilled it. The order was to go but instead they made it as dine in. That's about it.“
