Whoever was working on Thursday March 13th at 7pm should be ashamed. Half filled, cold fries and subpar sandwiches. $20 wasted. I went on the weekend recently and there was a black guy, age around 30s or 40s on the make line and he was absolutely excellent. I can’t say I’ll return to this location with subpar service and food like I received tonight.

I get no bacon because people are too lazy to do their job properly

Lets be honest, they used to be the best in town....now they will take your money and hang up when you call to let them kitchen isn't reading tickets. This could be dangerous to some, money to others. Management don't care, eat elsewhere my friends....eat literally anywhere else!

I can’t honestly give the service any stars until I go back 11/17/2024 my wife and I went into order the crew working had bad service the cashier working the window didn’t even know the front of the stores cashiers name the cook saw us standing after 5 mins told the lady at the window laughed said I don’t have her number they will have to wait about 5 more mins later instead of asking our order and putting it in the windows register she laughs again and said someone will be with you soon as we are leaving the cashier comes out of the bathroom with cleaning supplies and looks dumbfounded that we were leaving that crew was unprofessional and play to much it seems attitudes and the cashier could have poked her head out every so often and check if there is customers after a bad week of work I just wanted a Ruben and a few other meals for me my wife and family I was expecting to pay no less then 80 dollars tonight on the meals but the way service was i couldn’t bring myself to it

I was ordering late but didn’t know it was for the next morning. We were close so we went to the drive thru about 11:15. We told Kada (sorry if misspelled) and she was so sweet! She offered to call the gen mgr bcz (the order would still show in the am) I told her she didn’t have to but she insisted it was absolutely no problem. The gen mgr picked up immediately and said sure no problem. 😌 Kada was so sweet and helpful!! 🥰 And ofc the food was good delicious as it’s always been at this location! Thanks so much!!
