When I brought it back, it had been refrigerated. The woman at the counter took it to the male cook, who then took the old food to the back. Despite my repeated inquiries about receiving a fresh order, I was assured they were remaking it. However, the process was suspiciously quick, and when I received my order, it was at room temperature. Despite their claims of preparing a fresh meal, it was clear they had simply reheated the old one. This level of deception and disrespect towards a paying customer is utterly unprofessional and unacceptable. They should be ashamed of their actions and lack of regard for customer satisfaction! I use to recommend this place, NEVER AGAIN! This happened to me March 2024!

Apparently the price of chicken has far exceeded the price of steak, shrimp or the squid on their menu. I’m here over an hour after my initial order waiting on CHICKEN WINGS. The rest of the order is ready and has been sitting here getting cold. The lady up front went back to start cooking them herself after 20 min and offers me some sweet tea or spring rolls while I continue to wait. Really??? They should’ve remade what is now cold or gave me a discount on my $40 total. Probably won’t return here again.

So the food is really good but my issue is the horrible customer service! The old lady that’s always there is extremely rude and I placed a order today (call in) and waited in line for 15 minutes so then I went to simply let her know I’m here and in line (because she called my name) this lady response was I heard you (but she purposely ignored me )but you have to wait and I told her of course I do! She goes on to be nice nasty to others rolling her eyes at people and just over all a nasty acting person and had a never to have a half holy half hood shirt on ? lady you are just straight mean (100%)! Oh and another thing she treated her white customers (it was about 4 in front of us) really nice ? And made them ordering a priority but once it was finally my daughter and I turn (yes my 10 year old was with me smh) they prioritize making sure everyone else had they stuff (the old mean lady ordered the guy at the counter to do that ?) he apologized for the wait and we finally paid and left! The entire situation rubbed me wrong on different levels but the great thing was I turned it into a dialogue with my daughter about how nasty people can be and how you can handle things properly and also why never to spend another dime in a place that mistreats you because they are not worth it! I will definitely not be coming back ??!

Just ordered one lunch special, they had me waiting 45 mins when my order came out 30 mins before. It was sitting there getting cold while I waited staring at them, waiting for them to call my order while they called up people who order long after mine.and when I finally had enough and demanded to know what was going on the girl at the register just shrugged and said she was sorry in a very dismissive and disingenuous tone. Food was cold by the time I got to eat it. It was such an infuriating experience I will never be going back and I ordered food from there at least once a week

Service was no problem. Food was ready when I arrived. However, my 7 year old granddaughter found a piece of rubber band in her fried rice; which was also greasy. The Tum Yum soup was too salty. I notified them about the rubber band and they were very apologetic and offered to remake the rice, but I declined.

Idk what happen to this place food wise it has went downhill a goodbit the lo-mein noodles use to be good now they look pitiful and like plain spaghetti noodles most the time when with food. The thai seasoning use to be on point now most plates I order are hardly seasoned to the correct spice level. Usually not enough you have to get a hot if u want a medium. I've been coming here since a child and I'm a grown man with children of my own and I still come here but the service and food has changed drastically.

Food is always delicious. This is my favorite place for Pud Thai as they don't drown the noodles in sauce. Service has always been great as well. I honestly have nothing bad to say about this place. Great food, great staff, and the place is always clean.
Pud Thai noodles with chicken and shrimp mild with no peanuts on the side was delicious. I got this for my lady but after seeing how good it looked and smelled I had to try the noodles at least and delicious oh so delicious. If you’re vegan just say no meat and you’ll love this one . Highly recommend Asian cuisine.Vegetarian options: All have to do is tell them no meat or eggs and you’ll love anything they make.

The food is always great. Portions are great. Some places charge more and give less but not this place. I've been coming here for over 20+ years and the taste is consistent. I've been to many Thai restaurants and many do not come close to this place. I always suggest this place to my friends near and far. Their Thai tea is soooo good. Food is always cooked fresh to order and is hot.
