Second time visiting. Came here at 11:19 June 9th to get a pizza pretzel. All that was displayed was a few sweet pretzels. I asked the cashier if I could order a pizza pretzel and wait for it and she said no.
First time visiting was about 7 months ago lots more inventory, no pizza pretzel but the cashier at least said she could make one (and did).
Walked down to pretzel cafe and they made me one. :)
The lady of the front was to cold, please correct that
The pretzels were fresh and delicious! The girls were in the process of making the pretzels when I arrived and I had to wait like 10 minutes but it was sure worth it because I ordered a sugar cinnamon pretzel and it was warm and just so good. I recommend!!

Placed an order through Uber Eats at 1115 and Auntie Anne’s immediately canceled it. WTH! Very piss poor service. Was planning on spending close to $50. Beware of this place.

The food is good, but the service is terrible, they are very rud and nothing kind, I had to wait more than 15 minutes for a sweet almond pretzel, no thanks.

My kids and I come here every time that we come to the mall. As an HR Manager, I truly don't understand how this establishment is still open. The customer service and employees running it over the last year, have been horrible. Literally, every time that we have came in, us and many others wait at least 10+ minutes, and the people working have an attitude about it. Love the food, not the service. Hope management does better.

They literally gave everyone food that had just got there and i had waited 35 minutes no verbal or eye contact at all. Very horrible service. You need to hire people who actually want to work.

Service is the worst. None of the employees are happy to be working and they are so rude.

Horrible service. 25+ minute wait for an incomplete order. Employees break and eat while looking at customers like they're rude.
Hit ir miss. Workers aren't friendly
Favorite place! Buttery and fresh
This is literally the worst pretzel shop ever. I have been here at diff times on diff days, and no matter when I go, there are either zero plain salted pretzels, or one and maybe a cup of the nuggets. And that’s a maybe. I don’t understand what other purpose a pretzel stand has other than to sell pretzels. Like I couldn’t imagine going to McDonald’s and they’re just like “nah we don’t have fries right now, idk why but sorry.” Or going to Burger King and they’re just not offering burgers that day. They have ONE purpose. To sell pretzels. The worst part is, I wouldn’t care if I didn’t have 3 kids that look forward to auntie Anne’s pretzels at the mall as a treat. Just so happens I was there twice this week. Once on a week day right before lunch. And then this afternoon at 215 during a busy Saturday afternoon. Zero plain pretzels with no time for the next batch.
