I normally do not like pretzels BUT Aunt Annie's cinnamon pretzel is DELICIOUS

Called on 3 times requesting a cinnamon sugar pretzel. First employee informed me they did have them and they closed at 8pm on the dot. When arrived employee stated they did not have cinnamon sugar while pretzels. Called again after walking outside store a employee stated they did have them and they were fresh. Once inside employee stated they did not have any cinnamon and sugar to make pretzels. Called again and manager stated they didn't have any cinnamon sugar pretzels available and they were closing in 10 minutes at 6:45pm. Please don't waste you time going here. Nobody wants no dry behind nuggets burnt to a crisp. Needs better communication and accurate information. Employee personal hygiene is not suitable for food services as well.

Was in line, a small group ordered before me and the guy at the register went back to making the food and when I got to the register he said they weren’t taking any orders when there is food in the display, and a person sitting in the back on their phone and another lady prepping food. Bad customer service.

Dillion, Mary, and Denise all have great customer service and make sure I get my pretzels fresh everytime! I've never gone to Auntie Anne's so much. You can tell they enjoy what they do!

Terrible ! My sister and I went to buy pretzels. My sister ordered a pretzel and kindly asked the employee to cut it in half, and this employee, I don't know why, I don't know if he receives little salary or if his wife does not satisfy him, he acted very stupidly, and even said to my sister get out of there, go away.I don't recommend this store to anyone.

I just have to say that Benji is absolutely amazing, he works hard and delivers great customer service. He's definitely a keeper! Though I am concerned that he seems to be the only one there a lot of the times. Who is managing this place because I come there often and never see them? Benji definitely deserves recognition for his outstanding work and exceptional customer service! Management needs to be more present at the location... the 5 stars are strictly based off my experiences with Benji. Outside of Benji 2 stars max

Don't eat here. They touch everything and don't change there gloves. They don't move with no sense of care in the world. Pay no attention to customers they just have headphones in ears and ignoring us. They boy with the BE KIND shirt on needs to take it off cause he was rude. They really didn't want to work. It took me bout 30 minutes to get my meal. And was not offered a apologize for the Terrible service and they food was still doughy. Wont be coming back they are not clean and do give a **** bout what the customers want or the customers time

I am a door dasher and i came here trying to pick up the order. Upon arrival no employees were present. I waited for about 10-15 minutes tor an employee to show up and once she did, she was on the phone and ignoring me until she got done with her conversation. I then told her i was picking up an order and she said “its not ready and ive updated it in the system to show that” when i asked her how long it would take she then stated that “she didnt kmow and thats not her problem”. I dont know this employees name as im still waiting but she has blonde highlights for anyone who is in management. Please find some better employees. Thats why your business will never succeed.

The last two times I'm been here my drink was nasty and they barely have food ready to go. You always have to wait 15 to 25 minutes everytime I come here.
