Bad Daddy's Burger Bar

Last minute decision to eat after a night of shopping! We were seated immediately. Jordan was the best waitress! She fit right into our girls night. The food was amazing! Loved the fried deviled eggs! My burger was perfect and the onion rings were just right. Atmosphere was fun!

My husband and I have tried with this restaurant throughout the years and it always disappoints me. Not the food - the food is amazing - that is why we keep coming BUT the service. HORRIBLE. I’m finally writing a review because this last time was absolutely ridiculous. Yesterday I was very emotional because I just gotten back from a funeral so also this time was not the time to be ridiculous. We had a table of 4 and 2 kids. Everyone at my table ordered burgers. I ordered a custom salad. I filled out that paper they give you vs naming everything you want (which is really cool for someone like me that wants certain things) well 30 minutes goes and everyone at my table gets their food. The server goes I’ll be back with the salad. 15 minutes later she brings it out with no chicken. I waited 20 MINUTES for 3 CHICKEN TENDERS. The manger came over and gave me all these excuses. This was a Tuesday at 2PM. They weren’t busy. You mean to tell me you can make the burgers in appropriate time but not a freaking salad! So this was the final straw for my husband and I. Completely ridiculous and I really hate it because again the food is amazing. Just the service SUCKS!

Consistently good burgers and service. Sweet potato fries were not made very well this time around. Bathroom was not very clean.

Placed an order on Saturday 11/1 for pickup at ~5:20 pm, went to go pick it up at around 6:30 (about 15 minutes after it said it would be ready). Was told the food wasn't ready yet. Went back to my car and waited about 20 minutes, wasn't ready yet. Did this 3 more times, and was told every time, the food wasn't ready yet. By the time I got our food, it was around 7:30. I wouldn't normally leave a bad review, but the waitress who handed me the bag said they were sorry and that we would be getting a refund because of the long wait. I gave it a week, and our card hasn't seen that refund yet. Idk I'm just really disappointed we spent $60 on food, that I placed the order on in advance, just to wait over an hour with no ETA on how long it would take to be done. The order was also just two burgers with a salad, it wasn't like a giant order for a family of 6

Edit: The manager reached out to us and apologized and issued us the refund. I really appreciate that, thank you again!

Brought my family of 18 ppl including kids hear for a birthday party and the fruit hear was sour the bun to my grilled food was soggy and the chicken wings were not done

Wouldn't know how the food is. Sat there for 20 min in mostly empty place , nokne ever came to ask what I even wanted to drink. When I finally got up the hostess said she was sorry, I let her know the that she wasn't, she walked past me 3 or 4 times and never said a word. Her response was that she's not a server so it's not her job. Way to loose a customer, you should have simply told a server ..I will not try again.

I have now been able to experience the Skibo Rd location twice and each time I ordered something different. I love the fact that much of the food is made to order. Which made my hubby’s low calorie diet & my low sodium diet super easy. Today I requested a grilled chicken with no salt and the hand made chips with no salt They were very good. The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is nice. I do not mind the bit of wait for food when they are busy because the food is so good and made to order. Thank you for a lovely experience. Highly recommend.

Great burger joint! A good atmosphere and the food is top notch!

Love this place

Caroline was fantastic! She was super attentive and anticipated all of our needs. She was friendly and swift. No complaints. We ordered the margaritas and the bad ass burger and another burger. The bad ass burger with something to look at super tall as big as my arm. Also, the truffle fries were delicious.

Food was incredible. Our waitress was friendly prompt and very knowledgeable about the menu. Will surely be back again.

First time here! It was a slow night, only a few people here. The food came out quick. The fries, pickle, and onion ring were good. I got the Daddy Philly and two Heat Waves. The burger was really good. I tried a little Heat Wave burger. I like my Daddy Philly. The Philly was a pretty good size. I definitely recommend it if you want burgers and fries. We also got tater tots and sweet potato fries. All good! 👍
