Customer service is horrible, the girls look like they don’t even want to be there. I’d rather drive 15 mins to the one on skibo. Not to mention they be “closing” 15 mins before said time

Do better it's summer time I scream U scream we all scream 4 ice-cream

It is so rare I give one star in fact this is my first time doing it. It was Father’s Day and we had just had dinner and I wanted to treat everyone with a milkshake. The girl acted like she didn’t even want to be there, which I can be understanding about. However, we paid $34 dollars for milkshakes which 4 out of the 5 milk shakes were runny and mostly milk I believe. They were not creamy or frozen in any manner. The customer service was not welcoming and we felt like we were just a hassle. They didn’t have enough of some of the ice creams to make certain shakes. I get jobs like this can be hard but you are making money by being there and providing a service. With a smile and you should feel welcomed when going into an establishment such as this. We absolutely will not be coming back.

Waited about 20 minutes for two drinks. Service was ok. Drinks accurate.

Tried to order hot fudge sundaes twice in the last two weeks. Both times they said they were out of hot fudge! Seriously! Won’t be back.

The shake machine was down over an hour before close and my ice cream order was missing toppings.

Closed at 9 pm on Sunday. They have the wrong hours posted.

Friday morning I drove across town to get a cappuccino blast. After I ordered the cappuccino blast I was told they could not make it because all of their ice cream was frozen.

Mind you there’s been multiple times you will pull up and be told the coolers aren’t working so the ice cream is melted so they only have approximately 5 flavors available.

So it’s pretty much always something at this location.

I drove 4 miles out of my way because I had been working since 8am and it was blazing hot and I wanted a sundae. I got there and 2 people chimed in that there was NO ice cream because the ice cream making had not been cleaned!!! Really? Two people in there and NO cars in the parking lot and no one cleaned the ice cream maker???? What to heck WERE they doing??? I'll never go out of my way again!!!

Hands down the best customer service ever. Titus served us and this young man is just excellent. Went over and above. Had a great, happy, go getter attitude that was all about the product. He's the kind of employee every business wishes they had.
