The shake machine was down over an hour before close and my ice cream order was missing toppings.

Closed at 9 pm on Sunday. They have the wrong hours posted.

Friday morning I drove across town to get a cappuccino blast. After I ordered the cappuccino blast I was told they could not make it because all of their ice cream was frozen.

Mind you there’s been multiple times you will pull up and be told the coolers aren’t working so the ice cream is melted so they only have approximately 5 flavors available.

So it’s pretty much always something at this location.

I drove 4 miles out of my way because I had been working since 8am and it was blazing hot and I wanted a sundae. I got there and 2 people chimed in that there was NO ice cream because the ice cream making had not been cleaned!!! Really? Two people in there and NO cars in the parking lot and no one cleaned the ice cream maker???? What to heck WERE they doing??? I'll never go out of my way again!!!

Hands down the best customer service ever. Titus served us and this young man is just excellent. Went over and above. Had a great, happy, go getter attitude that was all about the product. He's the kind of employee every business wishes they had.

I am giving five stars based off of the help I received from the manager and store owner. I had a lot of trouble with an ice cream cake I ordered and the manager Lynn and store owner Mario were just phenomenal and so helpful. They were so kind and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. The best customer service I have ever received. Definitely recommend based off of them going above and beyond making sure I got the cake I wanted.

This is an ice cream store with limited to no ice cream. One or both of the two freezers is constantly out. When they do have ice cream, they don’t put any labels on the display case. Then you ask the staff to identify ice creams by pointing at them, and they just guess. Staffing is constantly changing, often indifferent.

Went today Sunday, Dec 3, 2023 at 3:40pm. Nobody greated us. After standing at the ice cream counter for a few minutes, the guy says, y'all want ice cream? We said yes, he said, we ain't got none. He proceeded to go to the back.

The worse service on a constant basis. Sat at the drive thru for 10 mins and no one responded. Decided to go inside and was also ignored by employees. They didn’t even acknowledge me and my kids until we decided to leave.
