Came in for a milkshake, came out disgusted and disappointed Came in all good the employees looked like they didn’t care about anything when i’m in line i see a cockroach on the floor and i used a chair to kill it, it was gross then when i’m ordering the guy looked like he wasn’t even paying attention and his manners sucked then when i get my milkshake the order was wrong and i told the guy and he didn’t even speak to me and he left to go do my order again js silently and then he returns and js puts the milkshake their without saying anything and when i grab it the milkshake was dripping out of the cup and made my hand sticky at that point I didn’t even care so i js cleaned it up and left disgusted and disappointed

Walked in for some ice cream and the server from the very beginning did not greet my friend with not one word. So I asked him. How are you doing and his response was" I don't talk I listen" so at this point my lady friend and I looked at each other was just dumbfounded. So my lady friend placed her order and at that point I decided not to place a order. This is a prime example of the way these food establishments are being run by these young people. They have no people skills nor respect for their jobs.

I stood there to order all of these employees are rude beyond measure. They over looked me and my granddaughter, when the next person came in one. The eye roll was not necessary if I walked through the door and didnt like how I was treated...is this the norm for your establishment?????

At 750 we stopped in for ice cream. Stood for 5 minutes with 2 males and a female walking around, talking about the music. The female with the headset on leaned into the cooler to scoop ice cream and her hair fell into the cooler and into the ice cream tubs. We walked out after telling the guy at the register to tell her to put her hair up.

The reason I gave him 2 stars on the food was I went in there to get a particular type of ice cream and they no longer had it available.
We have been coming to this Baskin Robbins for years, but our experience today was very disappointing. We arrived at the drive-thru at 4:11 pm and there were 5 cars in front of us. We waited a very long time to even order and by the time we wanted to change course and go inside we were sandwiched in and couldn’t move. It took 30 minutes to reach the speaker to place an order. We called inside to see if there was an issue because we weren’t moving for multiple minutes. The worker who answered said they were going as quickly as they could and mentioned they had 2 employees working the drive thru and 2 serving those walking in the front. We finally got our order and left at 4:50 pm. A ridiculous wait time for a drive thru. When we arrived home our orders were correct, however, several of the banana slices in the sundae still had the peel on them.

Several employees in the store selling ice cream didn’t have spoons and nothing to see the situation one of the employees talking on the phone in the bathroom and trying to eat employee doesn’t indicate that we have to go because it was time to close it’s or in lack of respect to a customer I would give 0 stars if I could I don’t recommend it bad customer service

Came in the store today, I was ignored. The cashier waited on two people that came in after me. When I asked for a manager, a young lady came to talk to me, when I expressed my concerns she was rude. I ask her for her name she refused to give it to me. I will never go to this store again.
