Started to become disappointed with this particular location. It seems to never fail. I can never get a smoothie after certain hours at night. It seems like they pick and choose what they wanna serve and sell for the last hour and a half of operation. it’s always a random excuse however I feel its more likely Poor work performance.

I walked in the lightskin girl was talking to the older ladies that weren’t ordering. She didn’t try to assist me and my family. This was our first ever visit to basking Robbin’s. A man walks in she greets him and told him hold on walks to the back and then comes back to the front and proceed to take his order like we didn’t exist at all. Looked all over us didn’t even try to take our order. Terrible customer service and I will never come back to this location again.

I was really disappointed with this visit. The store had toppings on display, but when I asked for them, I was told they were out — which was frustrating and misleading. The overall appearance of the business felt run down, and the inside was honestly not clean at all. The staff didn’t go out of their way to be friendly and seemed much more focused on the drive-thru than on helping customers inside. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for from Baskin Robbins.

they are slow .. mentally . I just went to get the same thing I always get (cookie dough in sugar cone) . The guy says to me “I can’t put it in a cone . It’s not going to fit. I asked him “one scoop won’t fit in a sugar cone” he proceeded to say “no I can put it in a cup and put the cone on the side” . So yall have ice cream and cones to tell people to put it together themselves?

Not clean, got there about 6:11p on Saturday evening and this is what the counter for the customers looked like to stay and eat your overpriced ice cream, they had enough staff there as well.
Just for the record, I have come just about every other week and this is NOT a double scoop. But because I have a serious migraine and I’m not in the mood I will say you all won this time.

All employees except one Asian kid are great. I'm guessing the owners son. The rest are friendly and courteous with great customer service. The Asian kid gave me the smallest of the smallest two scoop sundae I've gotten from here. The whole time, his attitude was as he was the owners son... who knows. Overall, all employees are great.
