Not good service, they don’t go by order of how you payed someone who payed after me got there order first, apparently you can’t go to the ice creams place and order which is more time consuming cause if you want to taste an ice creams you can’t order at the same time, and apparently their cappuccino blast don’t come with whipped cream which I never heard of that and there website is falsely advertising because it clearly says there’s whipped creaming including. Also the tables weren’t clean and when I walked in there wasn’t any one so there’s no excuse. I don’t recommend this place and won’t be coming back.

Haylee & Payton are remarkable employees, very attentive with our orders, fast with walk in and still taking orders from drive thru. We only come inside if we see they’re at the shop, we are highly satisfied with their service as always, monthly visitors since last year.

All I can say is they have it extremely horrible customer service! They are rude, unfriendly and unhelpful! They are the most miserable acting employees that I have ever seen and an establishment! You're lucky if you can get them to even wait on you! They're better off staying home if they hate their job so much! I will never go! Skibo is much better!

Completely ignored. No one greeted us. Waited in in line for 10 minutes to get ice cream....no one spoke to us. I finally got the attention of staff there and they still didn't take our order. They only focused on drive thru and order pick up. My daughter and I ended up leaving. We will never be back again.This was Sunday Feb. 18th 2024 around 1:25-1:30.

Every time I go to the I go there they never have any products on hand.. You order a sunday to have no bananas. Last week I went there,they no havestrawberries for the Smoothies This week they had the products on hand so I ordered a smoothie of course. Of course, the smoothie did not look like the Picture. It was pink not red and did not taste like strawberries..breakfast sandwich was a hot mess.. Did not look like nothing like the Picture. Honestly you could go to walmart and get better ice cream for cheaper. Have yet tried to donuts. But I don't think I'll make it that far with them.
