Got breakfast today for the first time at biscuitville. Ordered a chicken biscuit with a side of wedge fries. Placed my order online & everything was pretty fast with delivery at the window. Staff is very helpful. But the biscuit and the chicken fell Flat & left much to be desired. The quality of the chicken filet was comparable to McDonald's chicken sandwich. I thought for the price point of close to $5 it should be a nice juicy filet but it wasn't. Fries are pretty decent and well seasoned I like they do have wedges as an option. Overall I rate today's food a 3 with service at 4-5. I've attached pictures of the order as well.

I have no idea what happened but this place has went down the drain . I went to dine in it was pretty empty so the least I could expect was the food to be fresh . It came out so quick didn't wait not even 5 minutes went my husband & I sat to eat that food looked and tasted so old as if it was just sitting there all morning . Sausage was so dry . The Hashbrown casserole was so nasty . I definitely would not return .

I ordered a sausage biscuit meal with a country fries and a strawberry lemonade. I asked for no ice with a strawberry lemonade because I wasn't gonna drink it right now. And I didn't want it to be watered down. I will never go back because they gave me a half cup. After I paid all that money. Never again.

Watch Out
It’s sad for many reasons y’all giving out over cooked bacon, no utensils, scorched grits, and you have 2 operable drive thru speakers and 2 windows but yet have your employees working outside in freezing weather. Why don’t the assistant managers and managers go out there and work to see how cold it is. I will be reaching out to corporate because this is sad.

I went through the drive-through and they gave me a burnt piece of chicken on my biscuit so I went inside and asked for a new one and the new one they made me they intentionally over seasoned it to where the chicken and biscuit turned orange it was uneditable. I feel like they were being vindictive and did it on purpose. I will never ever go there again and I was a regular customer. ☹️

When I say Dianne is on point I mean it she is so fast at what she does she’ll have your food done 1.9 seconds while your still ordering and possibly before u even swipe your card.its been months in a row that’s she is the fastest I have ever seen at any food anything .She deserves a raise for her effort.
