I ordered a sausage biscuit meal with a country fries and a strawberry lemonade. I asked for no ice with a strawberry lemonade because I wasn't gonna drink it right now. And I didn't want it to be watered down. I will never go back because they gave me a half cup. After I paid all that money. Never again.

Watch Out
It’s sad for many reasons y’all giving out over cooked bacon, no utensils, scorched grits, and you have 2 operable drive thru speakers and 2 windows but yet have your employees working outside in freezing weather. Why don’t the assistant managers and managers go out there and work to see how cold it is. I will be reaching out to corporate because this is sad.

I went through the drive-through and they gave me a burnt piece of chicken on my biscuit so I went inside and asked for a new one and the new one they made me they intentionally over seasoned it to where the chicken and biscuit turned orange it was uneditable. I feel like they were being vindictive and did it on purpose. I will never ever go there again and I was a regular customer. ☹️

When I say Dianne is on point I mean it she is so fast at what she does she’ll have your food done 1.9 seconds while your still ordering and possibly before u even swipe your card.its been months in a row that’s she is the fastest I have ever seen at any food anything .She deserves a raise for her effort.

Lady at the counter really needs to check her attitude!!! RUDE RUDE RUDE! My husband ordered and she rang up the order sides and drink. He asked her if she got 2 of those and she catches attitude and says "did you say waffle or biscuit, you need to learn to be more specific" My question is what the hell did you enter if you didn't hear his order? Then proceeds to have attitude for the rest of the order including interrupting and saying what several times. You might want to do some better training when it comes to customer service or get new employees because that is unacceptable. *** On a side note, the young lady who usually works the morning drive thru is a sweetheart, maybe they should take some tips from her!**

Skinny Caucasian lady always has the worst attitude. Hispanic Manager makes excuses for employees. Was burned with bacon grease that was place in a sandwich wrapper. Then the Caucasian females eyeballs me as I'm explaining myself to the employees after cleaning my clothes in the bathroom all to have gotten my order incorrect for the second time. Also was forced to stay in my vehicle as employee watched hot grease waste as it was received to check satisfaction.

I usually like this place but they have gone down the gutter. I asked for unsweetened tea and we let them know it was sweet guy takes my drink and “replaced it” when I took it back it was still sweet and it had the old straw I left it, like seriously how stupid do I look to you? Won’t be coming back and they also messed up my fries we asked for loaded fries and they gave me a regular one we also had that replaced. Don’t go here unless you want to wait a long while we waited 30 minutes for two meals and be looked at stupid. Lazy management.
