Ordered ultimate ham platter, that includes a large serving of scrambled eggs a biscuit and 2 pieces of country ham. Arrived home and opened the ham order and there was only a very small serving of eggs, an opened biscuit and 1 piece of ham. I called biscuitville and explained what I received and they said the only thing they could do is have me bring the food back. (30 mins round trip). Arrived @ biscuitville and the door was locked due to something so I had to go back through the drive thru line to bring back the order. Lady @ the window took the order and showed it to the cook and they made another meal correct this time. No gift card, no extra eggs, biscuit, or ham. Lady at the window said sorry but you could tell they could care less that I had to drive back to the restaurant to get the correct meal.Won't go back again!

Went this morning right before 1130 am . Lady was awesome ! My husband ordered since I’m in the back with the baby and forgot my coffee and she added it with no problem at all and it was out before the food was !!!! Thank you guys this morning for breakfast !!

This is such a well run restaurant! The employees are so friendly and made me feel at home even though it was my first time here. Nothin but smiles all around. ALSO SO DELICIOUS!! I will be back!

Lady that works there name Bridget had great customer service. I want to thank her for not losing hope in customer service and making my day. I was waiting for a bit and she noticed which she took initiative to have my order on the house. Thank you!

Grabbing a quick bite on our way out of Fayetteville. They don't have these in Florida and its been a while since I have eaten here so we got some take out. Line was long but pretty quick. I got the chicken biscuit. Tasty and tender. A solid spot for some breakfast and a decent alternative to the other places.
Wife and I decided to have a breakfast, spicy chicken and honey biscuit, a side of their new hash brown casserole, and the new Apple blossom. The spicy chicken could have had more money but it was fresh and tasty. The apple blossom was a giant apple pie, pretty average, but the one that stole the show....the hash brown casserole....was amazing. I would definitely come back just for that casserole.
