I'm so happy I came across the Blue Pineapple Bakery. I was trying to order a custom birthday cake at another bakery, and the plan fell through. I called this bakery and the owner was kind and professional, and we worked out a plan in person. The cake was awesome, and she really came through with our timing. They offer a variety of great treats, including DELICIOUS vegan chocolate cupcakes. Let's just say I plan to come back!Note: In the photo is the cake made by Blue Pineapple Bakery. Surrounding cupcakes are from elsewhere bought last minute.

They made my wedding dreams come true I wanted a specific cake for my wedding and she made it happen Blue Pineapple is the place for baking needs. I did not have one slice of cake left after my wedding it was that delicious.

I gave this business 5 stars because during Covid or maybe a lil after I delivered some supplies here from Sams Club. The owner actually helped with the delivery. She was very nice and we talked about the price of sugar going up and how she was dealing with all the costs of running a business. But after I delivered the goods I asked about her cheesecakes and she said the were made by hand and if I wanted to try one. I accepted graciously and she has the best in town. So if you’re in town and looking for cheesecake please stop by the Blue Pineapple and get you a slice.

Jenny did my wedding cake, delivered, set it up and put the finishing details on the cake onsite at my venue. It was gorgeous and all my guests raved about it. She really does beautiful work, and my cake was not frozen. I have photos of our first cut. My guests enjoyed it, too. Sorry to see this attack on a small business who really does a wonderful job.

I told my niece months ago not to deal with this lady and her cakes. I knew she was overpriced and untruthful. I also knew because of that she would not deliver effectively. I was right. The cake at my nieces wedding was HORRIBLE. It had been frozen-for quite some time-and then served to my FAMILY BY THIS BAKERY !!! I do not appreciate her thinking it was ok to give us a cake thick with fondant and the cake was the consistency of half baked cornbread !!!! Nobody NOBODY could eat it.Nobody.Don’t order here.

I recently found this gem of a bakery and have tried different pastries. Today I bought some chocolate covered strawberries. The berries were fresh and delicious.Their cheesecake is the best in town, so light and had a wonderful flavor and texture. Blueberry muffins are full of fresh blueberries, loved them!Their scones? So good, not hard and crumbly like other scones I have tried and thrown away.The owner is very pleasant and helpful and she obviously takes pride in the baked goods she sells. I encourage you to enjoy her goodies and support local businesses!A satisfied customer,SusanPineapple's scones. Wow!

Are These recent 5 star reviews fake? There’s absolutely no way. I also scrolled down to reviews from a few months ago and they were 1 star, stating that the cake was dry etc. My boyfriend picked up something from this bakery and it was completely not what I expected. Apparently he didn’t read the reviews before coming.

A local bakery is being attacked from a single unhappy person and getting all of their friends involved in this cyber attack. I know the owner myself personally and professionally. Too much hate in the world today unfortunately but most customers can read between the lines on google reviews as the date of the review and lack of content prove the coordinated attack. This owner has poured her heart and soul into her business and it disgusts me to think that a single unhappy person/customer would participate in an attempt to ruin what she has worked so hard to achieve.

Friendly! Easy access!Cheesecakes we’re sold out already but I got some cookies and they were delicious!!!!! The peanut butter and the oatmeal raisin were favorites! I will be back.
Stopped by here when visiting friends in NC and everything was delicious - mmmm cupcakes! Super talented staff, their custom cakes looked top notch!

This has been one of my favorite bakeries for years! Everything is made from scratch, and the people are SOOOO incredibly nice. I know she was having problems with her oven in November-December, but they are back to perfection again! I recommend the cheesecake (to DIE for!!) Any of their scones, and their keto desserts. I'm a baker, myself, but when I don't want to cut my own ovens on, this is my go-to spot for awesome treats!
