This Bojangles is absolutely the worst restaurant that I have been to. Cashier handed me a drink in the lid, popped off, and I got drinks all over me. I asked for a napkin. Cashier rudely told me that there was napkins in the bag and I requested more. She threw the napkins in to my car and called me rude I asked to speak to the manager the manager did not sincerely apologize for her actions. When I requested to get information on the leadership of the store, she quickly dismissed me. I had to call a different location to get the leadership information for this store I got the chance to speak to the district manager that oversees all the Bojangles in the area and I was informed that this Bojangles is going to be closing soon, I will not be attending Bojangles at this location anymore. As far as I’m concerned this store is absent to me furthermore, to note that every single at this restaurant will be terminated. What’s the store is closed and will no longer be working for the Bojangles brand

Yeah, don't go to this Bojangles.They overcharge and they are very rude. They tell you they don't get the same shipment of chicken as the other Bojangles, and the chicken is extremely small for the same price of the other ones. Go to the Bojangles of Santa Fe. Very friendly and regular sauce, chicken wings.

Absolutely love this bojangles overall. However, I went there to try their new bo’berry cookies and I was very shocked to see they we out of cookies. I know there are good.. cannot wait to try. But if you get there before I do, grab me 2
Went there in the middle of the day, the dining room was closed i was forced to go thru the drive thru, and eat my food in the car in the parking lot or go back to my hotel.. My chicken was luke-warm, the breading on the chicken was brownish black and dripping with deep fryer grease as if it had been laying around after the lunch rush and they just dropped it back in the deep fryer to warm it up.To say I am extremely disappointed with my Bojangles experience is an understatement I live overseas (Germany) and as a Native North Carolina I look forward to several things when I get to come come and Bojangles chicken is one of them. If this stores treatment of me is any indication of the quality of food and service I will not be coming back. I will try the Bojangles in Atlanta Airport Thursday when I fly out hopefully everything will be as I remember and quality will be on par.

I just wanna know who made her the ketchup police. Y’all sealing whole pototoes for breakfast and I can’t get extra ketchup. Babyyyyy…..and if you want a heart biscuit you have to request it. I hate stank attitudes. Guess they ain’t paying enough for you to have great customen service. Just sad. And I gotta ask for napkins too?!

I ordered a large Arnold Palmer the cashier states they don't have large cups. I said then give me two 16 Oz. Drinks. "can't" not enough cups. Ok, then why does after all that my food tastes and smells burnt. Customer svc BAD!!!

I went to the drive-thru line to order a 3 piece WING dinner for my mother. I was told that there were no wings ready and it would be a 20-minute wait. I told the cashier that it was ok and I don't mind the wait. I ordered a 3 piece wing dinner with cajun pintos and dirty rice. My drink of choice was a Pepsi with very light ice and 2 bo-berry biscuits. So I looked in the box after waiting 20 minutes for wings, and it looked like my order was correct. Once I dropped the food to my mother, I had to go back to work. En route, she called me stating that she indeed DID NOT get her 3 wing dinner but got 2 thighs and a leg and only 1 bo-berry biscuit. She called the restaurant to state that her order was wrong, and they stated that she didn't order the 3 piece wing dinner. She asked to speak to the manager, and they put her on mute and then dropped the call. She tried to call back, but the line was busy. This is UNACCEPTABLE customer service.
Would not give 1 star. Rude employees that work in the evening. They serve cold chicken and when asked to get fresh chicken they get an attitude. Lobby doors are always locked so you always have to go through drive through. I will be calling corporate because this is a constant issue. Need new management.
