They are SO SLOW!! Every time I come to this location to pick up a Doordash, it takes more than 20 minutes to prepare, no matter how small the order is. Even when they are not busy, it still takes more than 20 minutes. Luckily, Doordash has a new feature coming soon that will allow Dashers to disable receiving orders for specific stores. This will be the FIRST store I and many others will disable! Easily the slowest and most unorganized store in the entire Good Middling area! Dashers, utilize the new feature for your own sake!

Sanitation grade of an 86? Pure disgusting! How are restaurants this dirty allowed to serve the public? Don’t forget they get extra points for things not even related to sanitation. Imagine what the score really should be… I’d really like to think Bojangles wouldn’t allow such filth to operate.

The cashier had a nasty attitude towards me when I asked for a plate to eat my food with after I told her when I did my order that I was eating in. I had to ask twice for it. I didn’t travel from Durham just to be treated with disrespect to have breakfast at this establishment. If she didn’t want to be at work she should have stayed home instead of taking it out on the customer. The description was a black female around 50 or more years old and the time was around 9:15 am on today.

uh so like yall stole my airpods & when i showed up to get them back girly said “lemme check the office” & dead didn’t come back out.. but its ok i got the addy!
I recently visited the Bojangles in Fayetteville while in town visiting a friend, and the experience was less than ideal. When we first arrived, we waited at the counter for about 10–12 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Eventually, someone said, “I’ll be with you in a minute,” but it was clear the restaurant was short-staffed and lacking organization.
The staff also seemed frustrated with each other, which spilled out in front of customers. At one point, one employee was yelling, “I NEED FRIES,” while another kept shouting, “FRIES IN THE WINDOW,” multiple times before the cashier snapped back, “I HEARD YOU, I’LL GET THEM ONCE I’M DONE WITH WHAT I’M DOING.” It made the atmosphere feel chaotic and unprofessional.
On the positive side, the restaurant itself looked clean, and with the newer tables, it seemed like it had been recently remodeled. The food was actually pretty good—I’d rate it a solid 4/5.

I went through the drive thru it was good the food was good the lady who name tagged read Beverly and on my receipt said Beverly. Whoever was making the food it was good and fresh. Beverly was really nice and sweet the reason I gave a one star for atmosphere is because the lady who was dark skin had purple hair yelled at the drive thru lady named Beverly why you yelling at people for its a way you should talk to somebody because how if she yelled back it wouldn't got my fresh hot food it would of been a screaming match I asked the lady at the drive thru was she okay she said yes have a great day but I always see that lady with the purple hair she has an attitude problem its like do you want to work there do you love your job or not if you don't find another one that's why I gave atmosphere a one star cause she made it become unpleasant quick

Customer service is garbage. You can always tell when younger teams work and when older ones do. However there is an older dark skin manager female that always seems to have an attitude. Today, a little girl name Brandy took my order and was so dismissive, didn't even bother to say have a nice day. You all really need to work on customer service, and make sure you're not overlooking your fries and biscuits at that.
Edit: i did call after I got home and found no straws, napkins or condiments, and spoke to the manager. The manager i spoke to was very understanding and I appreciate the fact that she was willing to hear what I had to say.
