Tasha and the entire team saved the day after another caterer dropped the ball for a lunch event. Last minute for a large group at lunchtime they pulled through and got everything I needed super quick and I couldn't ask for a nicer group. It was fresh, delicious and everyone was happy and fed. Will definitely be using them in the future for catering and anytime I need tea or chicken! Thank you thank you thank you!

I’ve been here 3 times since been back in Nc And the same girl who works at the front is rude almost each time, I tired the first two times like she could’ve been having a bad day but her attitude stinks. I asked for honey didn’t get the honey , I asked for BBQ sauce with my meal and was giving honey mustard.

I wish I could give them Negative 5 stars! I see why all the cars be across the street at CHIC FILA, they got a winning customer service business model!! I waited 13min inside for 1 Egg and Cheese biscuit and small Bo Round, there was one person in front of me and it took 5min for her to even acknowledge I was at counter and that was because she had to walk by to take food outside. Cashier had no enthusiasm about herself at all, moving around in a daze. 5 more customers came in one by one and instead of taking a second to expedite orders out for customers that was waiting she took everyone’s order. I asked the girl working drive thru that was walking back and forth pass all the ready food in the warmer if she could grab my biscuits she asks where I placed order and said that the girl at the register would get it she is working the front alone, and the cashier mumbles twice “I’m coming damn”. The manager was the cook and she was pumping out orders like an assembly line, but not once did she ask why aren’t the orders moving out like any other fast food chain does….POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ACROSS THE WHOLE BOARD!!! looking at all the bad reviews I should expect nothing less, you got a better chance at getting better service from the homeless people standing on the corner of the curbs in the plaza!!!! Save yourself the headache and go to anywhere but this Bojangles, they will never get my money again!!!! Piss Poor Sorry! Obviously corporate doesn’t read reviews on their stores because they don’t even respond to customer feedback

Friendly staff and a clean restaurant. I really enjoyed the hot food.
Never greeted when getting food. Not a word spoken when passing my food to me. Fries were old and chicken was just warm.

Good luck if you walk in at 8:50 pm on a Friday night they will not serve you. I was behind another couple wanting to order a family meal and instead we all got told they weren't making anymore chicken for the night. Don't worry they were willing to sell me the left over sides. Which is a wild statement seeing as online and on their doors they are open until 11 pm. The dining area is open until 10 pm.
To give you a better clue, they were already mopping the floors and the entire front end was clear of everything. As I was leaving they turned away any and all cars that were going through the drive through. At least 10+ customers were essentially denied service. A bunch of lazy good for nothing's working here. Not worth giving your business to.
Go to the Taco Bell next door instead, they will happily serve you.

So I ate here a few days ago… I had a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and a steak biscuit.. I RECEIVED FOOD POISONING!! This was my first time ever going through this and it was a terrible experience.. Please do not eat at this Bojangles if you don’t want to get sick

Absolutely ridiculous! I ordered TWO 4-piece Supreme Combos and only got TWO chicken tenders in each box instead of four. To make it worse, I specifically asked for dirty rice and was handed fries instead. Are you even paying attention to orders? This level of carelessness is unacceptable. Do better, Bojangles!
