Took a break from a long travel day to get lunch. We ended up not getting anything. There were about 20 people in line and everyone's orders were getting messed up. People were getting angry and frustrated.

20 mins to get 3 biscuits with no one in front of me.
Delicious food and great service
Place was closed at 8:30 when it’s suppose to be open until 10PM. Don’t come here during evening/night, it’s a gamble. Waste of time driving for nothing, will not return.

Was first in line but it took 15 minutes to get 3 biscuits. Also 1 biscuit was still doughy, another much greasier than it should be. Guy's bathroom was a mess. Not my usual experience with Bojangles. Cashier was very friendly though.
Rude staff and inaccurate orders. Food is either undercooked (received raw chicken twice in the past year) or burnt beyond recognition. Sanitation Score is .1 point higher than a B for good reason. We tried this location time and time again because it’s the closest one to home. We will not be trying it again.
If I could give this location negative stars I would. I work in customer service and was very dissatisfied with the way I was treated and how this location was ran. The manager was nice but made the mistake of not telling me I'd have to wait over 20min for frozen bo bites. I went in the store and asked for a refund and waited another 5 min and ultimately had to leave because she was no where to be found and the employees could care less. Why would I go to a drive thru unless I wanted my food in a timely manner. They need to warn their customers before hand if they are going to be waiting for longer than 5 or 10 min. Not to mention I was the ONLY one waiting on good and there were like 10 employees.
