I order online. It said it was ready. Pulled up to curbside and my husband had to go in. The food wasn't ready, gave me the wrong order. Didn't realize until I was on the highway. Customers were cussing mad because they had been waiting for over 30 minutes.

This place is horrible never go here to get chicken and some of the staff are very rude when you ask why dont they have chicken its the only meat that you have you should have plenty.

Dirty rice is really nasty I always go to bojangles for dirty rice and this location has the worst dirty rice no meat in it at all and it’s dry nothing “dirty” about it at all just plain rice

I have not ordered from this particular restaurant in several months, and today I was reminded why.
I placed a curbside pickup mobile order at around 10:30 this morning, with pickup time at 10:46. I pull into a mobile order curbside pickup parking spot at the restaurant at 10:48. About ten minutes later, an employee comes out and asks if I’m waiting on the order she has. I tell her no, and I gave her the details of my order. She didn’t say a word and handed the food off to the car parked next to me. I assumed that they were short staffed, so I waited. I checked the app and the app stated that my order was fulfilled as of 10:46. Twenty more minutes go by, so I go through the drive thru.
I spoke into the speaker that I have been waiting to for my mobile order and before I could even finish, an employee rudely interrupted me saying I needed to come inside to pick it up. I explained to her that it was a curbside pickup order, and she again interrupted me saying that I just needed to come inside to pick it up. I’ve already been waiting longer than thirty minutes past the original pickup time, so I’m pretty annoyed.
I go inside and - surprise - there is a line. The employee behind the counter is trying to take orders while also fulfilling orders herself. There seemed to be four or five other employees working in the back as well.
Another ten minutes go by of me trying to get the attention of someone. Finally, I had to rudely interrupt the counter employee and explained that I had been waiting for 45 minutes now for a CURBSIDE pickup order. She said to me something to the effect of “you should have came inside. We’re busy and short staffed and we don’t have the time to do curbside right now.”
This restaurant is under HORRIBLE management. The hourly employees seem to be consistently overworked and understaffed. If you are not able to fulfill one of the main features of modern day fast food - curbside pickup - then do not offer it. I sincerely hope this restaurant either gets new management or very heavily retrains the current manager. The hourly employees deserve better.

On 11-8-2025 it took 10 mins. for someone to rake our order inside the restaurant. Then it took another 15 minutes to receive our order which was all dark meet when we ordered all white meat.

Worst bojangles to ever go to you'll have to wait bout 30 min just for ur food ! im a manger at McDonald's couldn't leave my store so I sent my employee. They didn't give a receipt but gave me Messed up food and it was cold ! When I called the store 3 times last night no one picked up called this morning for someone to tell me I'll need a receipt and to get the phone hanged upon me .... when they didn't give one but I tell her I have phone records and bank statement n still no help I was so pissed last night I throwed the food away !
We stopped late night 26 Oct and received the most amazing customer service from any establishment ever. Screw Chick-fil-A, screw em' all...Bojangles for the win. Food was hot and fresh. I wish we got the names of the 2 women working but Thank you. Good down to earth folks are rare these days. If the manager reads this find out who was working that night and give them the credit they deserve.

I’d give zero. Because again had to wait an HOUR for my food that came out like warm. Don’t go there if you want to get food. Literally anywhere else is fine. Cause this has happened three times over the span of months. You hope it was just a one time thing. Nope. It’s an every time thing. I’d rather eat kfc

No sense of customer service with a worker who can’t communicate past a first grade level. The double drive thru was running, I got in the second lane with 2 cars in front of me who got served. When it was my turn I ordered 3 meals with the automated speaker. I asked questions, ordered, and when I finished the order, The total was given to me and everything. As I waited for the line to move up the team member said “lane closed”. Confused I ask, “I already placed my order, do I need to circle around and repeat my order” “lane closed” “okay I get that, the speaker already took my order do I need to circle around and try again” “lane closed”. When I finally got back in line and reordered the employee Steph was annoyed I got 3 large drinks “man all them larges”. When asked for a drink carrier she got frustrated and said “no” she then explained that they may be out but… why was she so angry 😭
The manager I believe ended up handing me my order, she was really sweet but idk why that first employee had a stank attitude. Waited 35 minutes overall, was missing a biscuit :/

The absolute slowest restaurant ive ever seen. You food is guaranteed to be cold any your order wrong.

They have a computer taking your order which is fine but when you pull up to pay for your items they need to start repeating your order to you to ensure accuracy instead of just saying your total is so and so amount. That will alleviate a lot of problems!
