Asked for fresh bo Barry cookies and she told me she could warm them up. The last 3 times I’ve gone, they haven’t had bbq sauce or honey mustard. The tenders are always hard and not fresh, the sweet tea is never good and when I ask for unsweetened tea they give me the bad sweet tea

The worker made the tea, poured some in a cup, taste tested it and poured BACK into the serving container at the front register, I saw her do it THREE times. 12-17-24

Just come from there @ 7pm. I ordered (3) 4 piece supreme, only to get home and all the tenders was overcooked, & dry. It was terrible. That was over $30 down the drain.

Never got my food!!! Had to wait to order chicken and when I did was told 15 minutes, 20 minutes later went to get refund because had to be at work , by the way I was not only person trying to get refunds it got to the point where a so called manager had to tell staff not to deny or argue about refunds today because didn’t need bad reviews. She actually did try to argue when trying to get refund! I was late for work and NO lunch!! STAY AWAY FROM this Bojangles place filthy, unprepared for customers and ZERO management!!! 12/8/24 10:30 am. Respect your self eat somewhere else!!! Just want to ad the attitudes from the employees was HORRIBLE because in my opinion the manager put them in a horrible spot by making them unprepared for customers! Sad!!

This location is very poorly managed. Have been twice and each time the staff was all over the place in a panicked, unorganize circus. The drive through is very slow. While inside the manager yelled for the front cou ter ti stop taking orders because they were so backed up. The food reflected the atomosphere. This location is not your typical Bojangles

This place is an absolute utter embarrassment. It’s a freaking circus. Ordered curbside…never came out. Went in to pick up my order that was supposed to be ready. Had to wait another 40 minutes for fast food. Very unorganized and ghetto. The GM should be ashamed. Train your people better or hire new ones.

If you plan on eating inside during normal business hours on a Saturday because the line is 8 miles long outside, you may want to call ahead. The lobby may be closed. Food gets 1 star - didn't get any. Service gets 1 star - I was completely disrespected. Atmosphere gets 1 star - I will never dine here again.
