For the most part the food was fine. There were a few issues with the order bring wrong. Wrong size cups and fries. I wanted a grilled chicken sandwich, but that was going to add another 12 minute stay which defeats the purpose of fast food. I can understand if the cashier was new and of course we will be back. Everyone has bad days. I will adjust the rating of any changes in the future.

I’m a patient person but 20 mins waiting just for SIDES as I’m standing in your staff face watching them walk and stare at folks. I don’t think they can handle the pressure of a rush.

The service has only down spiraled we ordered a family variety feast and they gave us chicken,sides but no biscuits no gravy with our potatoes no supremesThe lady at the counter was asked a simple question "do you have enough chicken for a family variety feast" the lady said "let me get my manager" we stood there for 20 minutes just to get a load of nothing but to see the same woman waiting on other people and then told us"let me ring these people up behind you, you want the family variety feast" before we even payed for the orderWe left after that until another employee with the name tag "LaLa" helped us and calmed the person with me down which is the only good part about this review.In short i have never in my life experinced such a pathetic excuse for customer service and i wont be going to this bojangles anymore, heck i dont even think im going to bojangles period anymore.The only reaon this is 2 stars is cause of one employee that was polite.

Worst bojangles I’ve ever been to. Went here once awhile back and they took my order and took my money but made me pull up and wait for the food. Fair enough that’s not a big deal. 12min go by and still no one has come to give me my food. I go inside and they haven’t even finished making it smdh. There was only one person in front of me when I ordered so it shouldn’t have taken this long. Oh well!A year later I decide to give it another try and sure enough the exact same thing happens. At the end of the day it falls on management.

Now, this Bojangles helped me out when the other Bojangles on Ramsey Street messed up my mom's order. Their Area Manager just received my complaint about the other Bojangles and told me to come up to the restaurant to get my correct order and a full refund!! I will forever choose this Bojangles over the rest!! They have a great set of employees there, along with making sure your order is correct!!
Absolutely horrible experience with this restaurant tonight. First, I had to repeat myself 3 times in the drive thru. Second, the employees were extremely rude and incompetent..a bunch of young ladies with negative attitudes! I ordered 2 large Mt.Dew’s and a small Dr. Pepper. First all she handed me was a large Dr. Pepper. I let her know I had ordered 2 mt dews and a small dr. Pepper. Immediately another young lady comes up with an attitude trying to tell her nah hold on check her receipt. I showed it to them..clearly on the receipt. So next the girl hands me 2 small mt dews. Again, I say I ordered 2 Large mt dews, 1 small Dr Pepper. She said “WHAT!?” and rolled her eyes. I’m like it’s right here on the receipt. She proceeded to play in her hair while making my drinks. I ordered a 12 piece box of chicken and she tries to hand me an individual little meal. Finally I get my box of chicken and leave. 12 piece is supposed to come with biscuits. Didn’t receive any, nor did I receive straws. Not one person apologized to me for the nasty behavior. This team needs some serious training and leadership. The kitchen floor which I could see through the drive thru while waiting was absolutely filthy and littered with trash. Do better!
