THIS BOJANGLES IS THE WORST BOJANGLES LOCATED IN FAYETTEVILLE NORTH CAROLINA. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE, THE EMPLOYEES ARE TERRIBLE, THE MANAGER AND GENERAL MANAGER ARE TERRIBLE PEOPLE. THE ONLY TIME YOU MIGHT GET GOOD FOOD IS IF YOUR THERE IN THE MORNING AND EVEN THEN YOU STILL MIGHT NOT GET YOUR CORRECT ORDER. I RECOMMEND GOING TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION IF U WANT GOOD FOOD GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

One of the guys that worked there has a really nasty attitude. I understand that it’s a small place but you don’t need to have a nasty attitude when people are asking you questions or requesting something especially with doing DoorDash and a customer tells us that they don’t ever have hot sauce and honey and when you asked to put hot sauce 90, you have an attitude so yeah

If I could give a zero, I would! Waiting to order with no one in line is crazy. But gave them the benefit of the doubt since it’s morning. Then to get this horrible excuse of a Cajun filet biscuit ! Dry, thin as paper & under cooked.

Just visited check # 320589 Filet and bo rounds said out of coffee order placed at 7:50.55 at 8:15 still waiting on side. Went back through and ask for money back. Cashier said she was manager that I needed to pull fuller to get off her timer. I said I was staying put I already waited 24 minutes the other manager came wanted my receipt and said I not fixin to argue with you. I ask for her to put the time on my receipt she said I don't have a pen walked away. I gave her a pen and stayed put, She wrote 8:10 on the receipt. That was at 8:16 My time is wasted and they want to get an attitude talking about some timer. PLEASE I ask for district manager she gave me 90-424-6515 no answer mail box full. So this is todays workforce..

Employees had us on hold in drive thru for 10 minutes yesterday, 4/19/25 at 10:50am, after placing the order we were pulled into the handicap spot where we waited for 15 minutes for a 3pc supreme dinner and 3pc wing dinner, but was told the wait would be 5 min. Once we got the order, we noticed none if the condiments were in the bag, nor straws and a utensil to eat the rice with. After going through drive thru to ask for the items, the employees did not want to give us the items and had an attitude. They kept saying it was in the bag and we had to open our boxes and pull all of the paper out to physically show them there was nothing. The experience was horrible and I would not recommend it to anyone. It was my first time at this location as I am not from the area.

I go out of my way to come to this location. It is the ONLY Bojangles I'll eat from out here. Yes, they are understaffed at times but the customer service makes up for the wait.

Just a drive thru. No actual interior restaurant to dine in. They do not answer the phone. They don't give you your food when they tell you to wait at the front. There is no front. They do not give you napkins or straws or sauces when asked.

First and last visit to the Bojangles on Cliffdale Rd, NC. What may have been a shift leader was so aggressive and unprofessional that I drove away with no food. At 5:25pm there was one wing and no thighs. I was told I would have to wait 9 min for wings for a drive thru order. The woman that stepped in front of the person I was asking about the food was so nasty and rude with her tone and mannerism. She informed me with a look on her face that made me lose my appetite that the cook did not come in. Well if she was in charge she could have cross trained the staff or put on an apron and stop holding up the drive thru with her filthy attitude. The woman was still asking me for a full payment when they were unable to even complete my order. They didnt have 3 wings, or thighs, but she still wanted me to pay for an order that she could not fulfill. I was offered a drumstick. What was I suppose to do eat whatever she had available. No thanks face of Bojangles you can keep all your chicken.

I think this place will have you pull over and wait even if you are just getting a drink. No shi× as I am sitting here waiting on my food, an employee just walked out and asked me what I ordered. Just not the place the place for me. 15 minutes for one combo.And yes, I did give them a second chance, this was it . I now have learned
