I come home from a long day.. I take a shower and lay in my bed ready to watch my favorite show, “Dexter”. I suddenly start feeling hungry; specifically for a Biscuit.. a Bojangles biscuit. I do not have the funds to meet my needs but my precious, loving and caring mother stops by and gets us a tender combo with a sweet tea and honey mustard. Notice how I said combo? Fries, Tenders, Drink, and a biscuit! My mom gets home and she comes in and brings me that wonderful yellow box full of goodies especially one special goody.. my biscuit. I open the box and to my horror no biscuit was found. I was utterly disgusted and disappointed that the Bojangles closest to me won’t even serve me right. I don’t wanna see it happen again to another biscuit victim.

The service at this bojangles is terrible. It's just a bunch of children in there at this point. Never listening getting orders wrong, cutting customers off, being closed during lunch at 1:00 in the afternoon. It's ridiculous. Hire more professional people to work. Smh can't get lunch from yall because yall some how closed? After seeing a line 30mins to an hour ago. I never seen the competition closed for lunch. Just saying.

Listen when customers are placing their orders. A two piece white and a biscuit sounds nothing like a two piece dark and a biscuit. Y'all need to listen and pay attention. But you want me to get in my car and drive back up to your location. I'm not wasting my gas or my time. Y'all have got to do better.

Anytime I go to this location, hoping for a difference experience but nope there’s always an issue with the food and employees lack customer service skills.

Visit this location at your own risk! I've dined at Bojangle's for over 30 years. This location by far was the worst experience I've had at a Bojangles restaurant. Mangement was very rude, uncaring and unapologetic after screwing up my order. First and last visit at the location. Filed a complaint with corporate however; I have yet to get a response.

This is the worst location in Fayetteville it was the second worst but Ramsey location beside crown done closed. You can't call and complain unless u call corporate. The location was great the first month or so. Now the biscuits are raw in the inside. The chicken is cooked in old grease and why the cookies never warm.

Went there today to get a 3 WING dinner with fries. Lady accidentally drops my food at the window and goes to remake it, only to find out there's a leg and 2 breasts in what was supposed to be a 3 wing dinner.
It was 8:40 when I pull to the speaker of the place and like every other time I ask for a wing meal they tell me they don’t have any this is the 4th time this has happened. Usually I would go a head and order something different but the last time I did that I got old dry chicken breast!! I let it go!! This time I ask how long before wings are done they respond we are not cooking anymore chicken for the night at 8:40 and they close at 10 smh so I left will not be back I will drive to Raeford rd location before I come back to this location.
