I was ordering and a girl yelled out over me when I was speaking. She said, “ we ain’t got it, we can’t do it”. I left as fast as I could. She was rude and unprofessional. The hospitality was trash. I went to KFC right away.

Can’t even use this Bojangles because their drive-through only and their drive-through is an 8 foot clearance. So my sprinter van can’t make it through, most people sprinter van can’t make it or construction vehicles. They’re losing a lot of business. Poorly designed.

Came here about a week ago to only order a cheddar Bo & a chicken sandwich meal wit uh no pickles. There was a wait on the cheddar Bo. Waited & watched cars go by. Went back up to the window to ask about the order & they said it would be right up. Still had to wait another 10 minutes before getting my food.When I received the fresh cheddar Bo the rest of the meal was cold. I asked for it to be made fresh, when I got it back the sandwich had pickles & the fries had no seasoning. I didn’t want to complain any further.

Finally; I got ;what I PAID FOR!!! Instead of someone taking my money, and giving me products that should cost $5.00! When You spend extra for Breasts/White Meat; You should receive extra!!!! Stop fumbling through the pieces; as if it's coming out of your pockets!!!! DAMN!!!
I ordered online for delivery for a regular 8 piece meal and family bo-rounds. They sent me 3 breasts and 3 thighs instead, and fries instead of bo-rounds. The fact I paid $53.00 for this, not including the $13 tip for the driver bc the order was not his fault, is ridiculous. New openings are usually the good ones. If you couldn't make the order bc you were out, calling and informing would've been nice.

I made a mobile order and when I got there, the girl had a god awful attitude. she tried handing me food and I told her that it wasn’t mine and that I had the mobile order. well she gives me my food and I go home. then I realize my food is not right. so I called up and asked to talk to the manager. the manager was extremely polite and professional. she offered to remake my order and I could go pick it up the same night or the next day. I was going to leave a 1 star review but after she made it right, SHE deserves the 5.

Service is terrible....to say "we ain't got 20pieces of chicken" at 8pm, is just ridiculous! The mannerism the worker had in drive thru was piss poor. They tried correcting it with a discount but the attitude and service was terrible and no discount justified it. Absolutely disappointing!

Experiences may vary, but best believe you're going to get 1 ketchup for a $40 breakfast order that had 5 orders of bo rounds. When you ask for more ketchup and a packet of mustard you're going to get extra attitude, eye rolling and told to get out my drive thru from a delusional worker who doesn't know the difference between mustard and honey mustard and who actually owns the drive thru. I was really wondering why she tried to charge me 42 cents for a packet of mustard until she gave me honey mustard.
