Been sitting in this place for 25 minutes after ordering on a kiosk. We first stood around for five minutes to realize they won't take our order. Then they served multiple people all to find out they cleared our order cause of time on their computer. And needed my ticket I had printed from the kiosk to complete my order. Last time I go to this chain.
This is my second time and last time. I was interested in two drumsticks and a side of Mac and cheese. So I asked the lady what's the price for a two-piece dinner. In reality I will be spending the same amount on a two-piece dinner so I told the lady give me a two-piece dark with mac and cheese and a Sprite. We don't sell Sprite. Okay I get to the house it's something totally different. So yesterday 9/16/2024 around 6/7 PM my mom said she wanna stop by Bojangle. So we went to drive-thru she was interested in the wings. The lady asked would you like. Spicy or regular, regular please. My mom asked for two side. The lady stated on one side come with the meal you have to pay extra for the second side. Long story short we get to my mother house I'm sitting in her living room and she start eating the chicken and she said the chicken and spicy. This Bojangles need new. Management

Not open on time and when called to ask management gave an attitude. Supposed to open at 5am called at 5:13am was told to wait I few minutes because they're running behind. This was three days in a row ! Lady at register got mad because we asked for extra Bo rounds and started blowing all hard and rolled eyes. My family likes Bojangles but NOT THIS LOCATION.
