I wished I could give zero stars to this establishment. Every time my husband and I has visited this restaurant it has been a horrible experience! We now will drive 35 minutes out of our way to avoid going to this location! The service is always piss poor and the food is always cold, due to the lack of good customer service! Something should really be done. Better management is definitely needed.

The manager did my order and it was wrong.Never fails another order wrong everyone that works in the fast food industry should have to go through a reading class evidently they just can’t read.Its every fast food restaurant that I go to.All fast food restaurants are the worst for screwing up orders.

Everything was ok except the biscuits breakup when you try to eat them the atmosphere is ok except for there's always the same homeless man coming in everyday begging for money and it's distracting people trying to eat

I worked here 30 years ago, and back in my day, we made the biscuits banging. I went here recently and the quality was just not there. Biscuits were overcooked and hard. Chicken was cooked in old oil because I know when the grease has too much burnt flour. Give me a shirt and let me show these young bucks how to cook it up right.
