Usually they are good but thus time they let me down I'm a have to take a min before I go back here...fresh fries don't mean mix fresh with old fries and try to cover it up in seasoning

Did a curbside pickup. App told me it was ready, noone came out. Waited an extra 5 minutes before going inside myself and they hadn't even started making the order. Yes I checked in when I arrived. Still standing here waiting for my food 20 minutes now.

I visit this location frequently and some visits are ok the others are terrible. I asked for 6 pc Bo Bites combo and when I received my food the nuggets incredibly hard, hurt my teeth to chew the one I could bite. Only thing satisfying was the fries. A week ago they didn’t have any fries… never been to fast food restaurant and they couldn’t give me fries.
I had just left the one on Owen dr. I stood in line with 2 outside who had been there 5 minutes before and we waited 15 minutes no service. So everyone left and I've ended up here and I was so welcomed that it was such a great experience

This is the worst bojangles experience I've had by far. They were very rude and it took 10 minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches even though I was the only customer there. When it came out it was not hot at all. There was no sauce, only a small dab of mayonnaise, and the chicken was very dry. Definitely not the normal Bojangles experience I'm used to.
