I normally buy bubble tea all the time and it has always come out amazing. I ask for the same order a snow bubble latte add white chocolate and strawberry in it and it normally tastes amazing every time. This time 11/15/24 at 1:45pm the girl working has a nasty attitude problem her legs are propped up and shes on her phone for one she made it seem like I was bothering her by walking up to the kiosk that it was a hassle to add the things I asked for and for 2 the drinks were both disgusting. I paid $16 for 2 drinks even asked her if she added strawberry in it because the drinks didn't look right. There was no manager I could speak with but yeah while she's working there that is my last time going. It tastes like strong coffee I couldn't taste no white chocolate or strawberry. The whole experience was terrible. I would like to have a refund but I couldn't even call or look for a manager to speak to

We love the Bubble Tea! We arrived after 12p but the girl at the register said they would open in about 20 mins. She had the personality of a dishrag, a stop sign if you will. She also had her strawberry banana VAPE sitting on the counter as she was texting on her phone all while simultaneously taking my order.

I usually have an okay experience coming here. The girls have no customer service but I pay it no mind. . . The young lady today seemed a bit upset that I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted, or that I was speaking low. I’m recovering from a sore throat hahah but instead of telling her to cancel my order, I just killed her with kindness and she was very embarrassed. Honestly, I’m done giving business to you guys if you can’t handle yourselves with class and good customer service. This is the nth time. Tsk tsk.

Lady taking my order was so rude and the drinks were absolutely disgusting i wasn’t like this a few months ago so idk whats going on. Brown sugar boba was horrid and i asked fir extra boba and they barely put, i also got a matcha milk tea and it was disgusting you felt all the powder as they didn’t even make the powder small enough to dissolve then they didn’t add ANY boba when i also asked for extra in it, and it had no sweetness and the 2 girls there kept giving me and my mom dirty looks and its overall horrible DONT GO DONT WASTE YOUR MONEYI also asked for another drink yesterday but they said they didnt have boba at around 4, its just bizarre to me that a boba place runs out of boba

Wow! The Bubble Tea here is GREAT! I believe the ownership and or Management changed recently but they definitely upgraded and the Bubble Tea was on point. Also the service was fast and great. I would definitely recommend this place! We tried the Taro Milk Tea with Tapioca Pearls & the Coconut Slush with Tapioca Pearls!
