The tea is great. The staff is great. The owners of this business suck!! The poor girls working at this mall location have to endure 10 degree higher temperatures than the rest of the mall. The overhead ceiling skylights keep this area HOT!! And the poor staff have to wear thick T-shirts with the logo and the owner does NOT provide them with even a fan. Please do better, business owners!!!!
Wow! The Bubble Tea here is GREAT! I believe the ownership and or Management changed recently but they definitely upgraded and the Bubble Tea was on point. Also the service was fast and great. I would definitely recommend this place! We tried the Taro Milk Tea with Tapioca Pearls & the Coconut Slush with Tapioca Pearls!
I love their new self-order system. I placed my order at the kiosk and shopped at the Claires because there was a line. Then, I received a message telling me that my drink is ready. It is so convenient. I know what to do for my black Friday shopping.
