This is a typical BWW restaurant for setup and menu. The staff working were friendly and attentive. The entire place was extremely cold. I mean wear a heavy winter coat, cold. The food was good. We ate quickly due to the inside temperature. The bathrooms were dirty and some plumbing needs replaced. The restaurant seemed clean but there were a few sticky spots on the floor. I would recommend getting your food to go.

I placed a mobile order. The food was pretty good. The burger was excellent. The chicken dippers were a bit dry but still flavorful and I couldn't get enough of the stuffed taters. The young lady up front that assisted me with the pick up of my order was pleasant and kind.

Service was very slow. The server was nice, but she didnt get everyone's order the first go around and forgot to come back. Then I was charged for ice in my dessert, which came with my dessert. Smh. Not going back to that one any time soon.

Don't go here. The restaraunt closes at Midnight, i placed an order at 11 and they denied making my order because they had already shut down the kitchen. I hope a manager will contact me because i've had this same issue at this same location before and they never refunded my money.

I’ve never been anywhere to include a plethora of other buffalos staffed so poorly and lazily. Half empty establishment 20 minute wait because we’re scared of double seating our servers. Cant give a booth for idk what reason with 9-10 open. On top of just forgetting to call parties. Shameful. Def reaching out to corporate.

I have ordered food at lunchtime for pickup from the Skibo Road location many times. The food is always ready very quickly, and it's delicious! But most of all, the service I have received is wonderful! Every time I have picked up, Jayla is the one to get my order. She is always super friendly and very efficient. She goes above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need. Thank you, Jayla, for such awesome service!!!
