I went inside to order. Waited on chicken sandwiches and the server said it was because she was making fresh chicken. Needless to say another server brought some older pieces of chicken to make my sandwiches AFTER I waited on fresh ones. Alittle disappointed because they were not hot at all.

I asked for Onion rings with some crunch to it and she Put the onion rings that she gave me already back into grease. That’s not what I wanted nor did they taste fresh I don’t understand the problem with giving out something that you wanna pay for.

Spend $62 to feed our family. 2 cold chicken sandwiches, cheese not melted at all that we paid extra for. Chicken tasted hours old. Soggy undercooked fries, guess they stopped salting them too. Whopper jr was very sloppy made and had half of the patty missing? Whoever was on shift today 1/1/25, at 3pm needs to do better.
Absolutely AMAZING customer service!!!! Hailey the evening shift manager is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I received my order.
