I asked for Onion rings with some crunch to it and she Put the onion rings that she gave me already back into grease. That’s not what I wanted nor did they taste fresh I don’t understand the problem with giving out something that you wanna pay for.

Spend $62 to feed our family. 2 cold chicken sandwiches, cheese not melted at all that we paid extra for. Chicken tasted hours old. Soggy undercooked fries, guess they stopped salting them too. Whopper jr was very sloppy made and had half of the patty missing? Whoever was on shift today 1/1/25, at 3pm needs to do better.

They did not have the Addams family burger, but I don't even care. Customer service was amazing! The woman who gave me my mobile order was so nice. She packaged my food thoughtfully, too. The food was hot, fresh, and fast. The dining area was clean. Excellent experience. And I got 25% off with my walmart+ membership.

The only reason the overall is a 4 star is that they messed up my order, however. The All-Star customer service and speed make up for it all. Not to mention the sweet tea it the best ever. It was definitely a pleasant surprise overall.
