I love this place so much! I go here 2 to 3 times a week due to the customer service (and the 2 for $5 whopper jr. has a little to do with it too). Kind of fed up with fast food places. Ordered two spicy chicken royals and giving them the benefit of the doubt a drive off and went home only to find one in the bag. Prices already high so it’s an inconvenience to have to go back to correct an order when there’s at least 7 people working drive through. Yeah I’m so done with this place and many others that just can’t get it right!

Burger was slightly warm even though it was a special order. They may have used 2 burgers already made and added what I wanted to it. It was as if the people working there didn't want to be there. I didn't complain. I just said thanks after checking my order. Drive thru

So I went in yesterday for lunch around 11. It took 30 minutes to get my food, which was wrong. Shoneen doesn't need to be a supervisor for nothing. I'm not sure if she was high or if she couldn't see through the eye lashes. She rang up the wrong combo and struggled doing a rufund for it. She kept fumbling for the receipt that I had just handed her. The manager seemed to be on top of all she could be. I probably won't go back.

Went through the drive through and tried to order at the intercom and got nothing response after welcome to Burger King how can I take your order. I placed my order and got no response after I gave my order. We pulled to the window only to find the employees talking about personal issues and totally ignored us and our order. They said all they had were Jr. whopppers and that was it. Would have been nic to know that when we tired to make our order and got ignored. Not the first issue at this location. The last time we had to knock on the entrance doors and as they couldn’t even keep the dining area open for customers! Never will I go back to burger king due to the service I received at this location!
The staff is nice. Slow as can be. Ordered the new bacon melt. How do.you forget one of the main ingredients BACON. It literally says it in the name. It's been a min since I've been in there. The last experience wasn't so great either. Won't be returning. The drink area is nasty too.

The food was hot and good, but the guy that took my order ? he was grumpy, with no smile, and he was angry that customers were coming in and out the door that had a sign that said to go through the side door. In all honesty, you could barely read what was on the paper it was only on the outside for customers coming in, not going out, and you would think that they would have locked the door. Instead, he was angry and fussing. Short guy with thick eyebrows with an airfro. He was in such a bad mood that he didn't even greet me when he took my order. Aside from that employee, the food was good.
