I'll never go there again. I went one day several months ago and it wasn't even my order but I was driving and didn't check it. I went there this afternoon, giving a 2nd chance cause hubby wanted their chicken sandwich. The order taker did NOT want to be there. I heard him sigh when I asked him to repeat himself. He took my pymt then the nice young woman who handed me my food was very nice and even said "enjoy" which was refreshing. My order was correct this time but I don't need the attitude.

I have been disappointed by this burger King before but as another person said, they served me molded bread on my whopper. I happened to turn the burger and found mold on the bread!! I will never return to this Burger King and may give up Burger King for good. It was the last fast food place I go to but maybe this is a sign to give them all up.

Pulled up to the window and the lady (Katina) was rude. No hello, how you doing, welcome to Burger King. Just straight “go ahead with your order”. I said “excuse me”. Rude all around. Smh got to do better.

Stopped by for lunch with dad. This location was the closest to us while on a break. Order seemed like it took forever to come out. We ordered 1 impossible whopper burger and 2 whoppers. It was a bit smoky inside but the cashier was pleasant. It wasn't her fault about how long it took the order to come out. She was hanging out doordash orders and covering the floor traffic. I will visit this location again. They just need to learn to manage orders a little better.

Since the new one opened I've had hot food from there. I went one night and asked for ketchup, a Mayo pack, and hungry mustard they didn't have any of that.
Slow service, dirty tables seats are worn taped up. It's not a pleasant place to have lunch. Very disappointing food was cold and had more mayo than meat on the sandwich.

This place fails me so often but it's so close its convenient. But this time they gone to far feeding me spoiled food. This location has to be shut down, the staff spends most of their time sitting outside loudly smoking cigs. If I get sick I'm going to pursue litigation.
Fries are normally cold and under salted and drink machine rarely works right but past those two thing place is pretty decent, food almost always is right other than forgetting an item on large orders or forgetting to add/take off something from a burger 3.7 in my book

Great Service, clean location, and the food is freshly prepared. Lastly, the staff is very professional and they even pick up the tray after you are done eating. A+++
At this Burger King there's a constant 15 minute wait at the speaker to order your food. you're constantly having to say hello, hello, hello. The general manager needs to know about this. I have worked retail my whole life and this is terrible business. Customer service is absolutely atrocious. I just left the drive-through because the woman in front of me had to say hello three times and still got no answer .
I asked to speak to the shift manager and she act like she didn't want to tell me her name cuz I had a complaint okay then let's boycott this Burger King. If you eat at 1 star you will eat anything

Everybody slow and over the age of 20, Ive been there countless times and have regretted each and every time. Today is my last. They cannot get a order with 2 items right so idk why i expected them to get a order of 6 right. I told them they messed up my order and they gave me another messed up order and they weren’t even busy. I stay right around the corner but I rather drive to hope mills where they have brain cells or at least pretend to.
