Very rude distasteful employees at this location including the manager! They don’t give you time to order before they come off with a nasty attitude! Food is slop compared to the other locations, they throw it together any kind of way definitely won’t be getting my business anymore

So the girl with the brown contacts always has an attitude when I come through the drive thru. Today I had a simple orderthe $5 duo. I was asking about a frozen drinks cotton candy to be specific and she started smacking her teeth saying they don't have that. So I was asking my daughter which 1 she wanted. The girl proceeds to keep saying we don't have that with attitude so I ask what do you have. Again she answers back with sarcasm then when I give my response they refused to serve me until I went inside I explained to the manager the situation and come to find out she told her not to serve me because I gave them the same energy that was given to me. After all that I got my food🤦🏿 The customer service and not good at all. I used to go there about 4 times a week but never again until they get new managers and workers

I stopped at the burger king on reaford road in fayetteville.. No, cars, nobody I started to order.I asked for the two duo orders.I said well, we could get the trio.The lady was rushing me being very obnoxious.Not only that, she sided when I told her I wanted the trio order.. That's to show you the kind of customer service that they have.No, wonderThe parking lot was empty burger.King needs to do better in hiring people that do not want to work.. And if I could give them zero star, that's what I would do.. So what did I do I canceled everything and drove away...

Went there and ask if the fiery chicken sandwich came with Mayo, since I can’t stand it, and was assured it came with no Mayo. And best believe it had Mayo on both of them. I then proceeded to call them multiple times and no one even answered the phone. Very disappointed in everything about this.
