The rudest women ever handled the window, she was constantly rude to my mother and was constantly telling us to wait because she had something else she had to do, she stopped us 3 times before she got "frustrated" at not being able to understand my mother ordering and had her pull forward so that she would be able to speak her face to face,All while this happens we were the only people in the drive though, it's 5:50, she had no right to be as nasty and rude as she was

I’ve lived in Fayetteville for 5 years. I’ve only come to this Burger King a handful of times because of the poor customer service I’ve received. Tonight I went and Ms. Latasha has given me a fresh perspective of the standard of customer service. She was absolutely amazing at a time when normally people would be focused on clocking out, considering I came an hour before closing. She insisted on getting me what I wanted, even if she had to make something fresh for me. I will be coming to see Ms. Latasha more often. She was phenomenal!

If I could leave 10 stars I would. I stopped coming here for a while due to bad service but Ms. Latasha changed my opinion tonight. She was the nicest employee I have ever come across here. She was polite and patient with us. She made sure all of our order was made and correct with a smile and great attitude even though we came in right before they closed.
Unfortunately, ? after the very good African American manager was transferred to another Burger king restaurant in Fayetteville..the one that he had run extreme well has now:" rude & incompetent service,.& the food is "served to you as fast as the next millennium ?& It's been in the warmer since the last coming if Christ"...4 real ?? my suggestion is in that local... take your money ? elsewhere and, keep your self respect ?
It's probably the worst burger king in NC that I have ever been to. They were only taking care of the drive-thru line, I was in the inside line, and there were 3 more people behind me. We waited 10 minutes in the line with no one giving us any attention; the night manager and assistant manager clocked out in front of us while the assistant manager complained the workers were ungrateful and that is why she wouldn't be working that extra 30 minutes to help them out.Me and the other 2 walked out with no food or even being talked to.

I came at 8:15pm and they refused to let me inside even though the sign on the door says lobby closed at 9pm. A bunch a kids working there that don’t want to work. Drive through line is wrapped around. Do better! Attitude needs to be fixed as well!
