This store is very unprofessional and the food is horrible. The staff looks like they all wear dirty uniforms, they have nasty attitudes if you ask a question, and the food is cold and not as you order it even if you wait 10 minutes. I asked them to remake my order and the girl at the window acted like I asked her for a kidney. We have allergies so it’s serious to have the food the right way and this store and the Managers are rude and unprofessional

My food was salty AF, sloppily made, and cold. Sad part is they weren't busy. I started to drive to Raeford Rd location but decided to give Skibo a chance and IMMEDIATELY regretted it. The quality definitely wasn't worth the money paid

Their ice cream machine is always down so I started taking the fam elsewhere. Other than that, it's great.
Vegetarian options: Make it your way. Just leave out the non vegetarian items when ordering your meal.

They didn’t fill the coffee up all the way (I mean 2/3 full and the coffee level didn’t even go above the ice) and ALL of my fries weren’t the right size. Silly me! I must have totally wanted medium fries instead of the large ones I ordered, since my coffee was medium. I asked for no ketchup and that I wanted mayo, they gave me extra ketchup and everything else too including mustard I didn’t ask for. The sauce packets that have been who KNOWS where, touching my FOOD. Braindead staff with zero common sense. Seriously, how ignorant and illiterate do you have to be to mess up 3 larges fries and a medium coffee. Dayum.

This is the second day in a row that something regarding my order is not correct last night I asked no mustard on both of my burgers and even saw it highlight on the screen an yet still the burgers had mustard an I gave them away I don’t eat mustard I’m allergic then this morning I order a breakfast combo plus French toast sticks missing hash browns truly dissatisfied I can’t even go back cause I’m at work now

I had a double cheeseburger from here with small fries as it was on the app for promo. Something was in the meat like a hard gristle, causing my veneer to break off. I wrote a BBB complaint to corporate and no contact from the company. This can't be real beef ?. And yes, I have pictures of everything

Got drive thu at 9 on night monday. 4 hours later vomiting and diarrea. ITs been 3 days and finally resolving. Ate burger in car without looking at it but it did taste funky. Wish I didn't.

Waited in the drive thru with no response for over 5 minutes. We finally moved to the window for them to tell us they were about to answer us and we need to pull back around and get back in line. All while attitude. It's so unnecessary and very unprofessional. The whole time being so rude. Food was cold.
