I used to say that Burger King had the best burgers. I can not say this about the location on N. Eastern Blvd. in Fayetteville NC. The double whopper had burnt burger patties. The drink machine had no soft drinks unless you’re a fan of Coke Zero(I’m not). The regional manager really needs to give this location a shake-down. If the cooking staff is sending food out poorly, they are responsible. I actually watch a customer tell the counter assistant that her fries were cold, after eating out of the container and handing it to him. He dumped the container back into the French fry Ben to serve to someone else. No No I will never visit this site again!

Went thru drive thru ordered a double cheeseburger cost with tax $3.55, gave the woman at the window $20 bill, she then tells me she does not have any coin change so if I want the order I would have to give up my .45 cent change, unbelievable, I feel like I had my money stolen by burger king, the burger joint that says "Have it your way" I'll be back and I will order $20 worth of food and when I get to the pay window I'll tell them I don't have any change and then I'll just drive off....ill have it my way...

My whopper jr was lacking mayo and ketchup. The squirts provided were barely there. Service was fine but saw some guy leave when he stood a while with no one coming to take his order. He didn't say anything either bc ppl were standing in eyesight. So he might be dumb too. It was fairly clean but I still wiped down the table with my own wipes.

Food was ok but the poor manager was working her butt off trying to do the best she could. Workers were slow and didn't care about their job and they definitely didn't care about customers. Manager was basically trying to run the show on her own.
