This place is nasty, from the front to the back, its never cleaned at all, the employees are rude they will not greet you and they make you feel like you are bothering them when trying to order, the tables are dirty, trash is on the floor and the bathrooms are filthy, you would think they would do better including the manager considering the fact that they are on the outskirts of the interstate! Food is not prepared or prepped properly you will get food poising from this place I’m gonna call the health department and report the whole place

I come here and frequently when I’m traveling between Fayetteville and my current city. I’m always pleased with the service. This time Sheila helped me.
She was quick and efficient plus she had a smile. She even convinced me to get an ice cream cone from here for the first time and I’m glad she did because I ate it all the way down to the come.
The whole team was nice and my food was fresh.

The highlight of my experience was when the cashier asked me for my name. Na that wasn't it lol. Now I'm being very serious. My highlight honestly was right after the cashier gave me my debit card back she said have a blessed day. Just to hear that from a lady that has to deal with ugly speaking people at times put the biggest smile on my face. My wife said to me ten minutes later hey what you still smiling about I said you know what them words from her will be just that. Thank you miss

I love burguerking but, I have to wait 15 minutes for my order, when I was only 2 orders in from of me 🤷🏼♂️
Larger fries quantity is a joke, check the picture, when I asked they said it’s the correct quantity for large fries. To get two large fries and one mozzarella fries get ready they took 18 min. Women’s restrooms are smelly.

The past 3 times I have been here going through the drive thru, they say we’ll be with you in a minute and you end up waiting there for over 5 minutes, and you can see inside and outside and they’ll be absolutely no line. So unsure what they are doing that they can’t do their jobs and take orders. I understand if they’re busy or even waiting a few minutes but over 5 minutes is absolutely insane.

Every night there is issues with drive thru, your the only car in line at 9:50 pm and still in drive thi 20 minutes only to get 3 items, this is an issue every night, I’m done coming here it’s crazy
