I feel like they’re under new management cause WOW they definitely RULE. I used to dread having to go to this Burger King and wanting to pay more at the other restaurants cause the service used to be terrible. However, as of late the service has been quick, outstandingly friendly, and food quality has also gone up! Selena is my favorite friendly face and now I go out of my way to come to BK again just to be welcomed by her. It’s evident that the place has upgraded their service standards and I am very happy for it! So glad they’re close to home now! Thanks Selena!

I don't think I've ever been this mad at a place I had to stand and wait for way too long and I ordered 2 bacon double cheese burgers and bacon king and whatever person they've got back there not only didn't put bacon on the BACON doubles but also put only 3 slices on my bacon king this is the last time I ever order here if I ever want burger king again I'm going to order from a burger king in lilington cause at least they do the orders the way they should be. In short DO NOT BUY FROM HERE 0/10

Ordered from here and spent over $100. Order was fine other than the new crispy onion whoppers. My husband and I wanted to try one each. We received 2 burgers that had nothing but tomato and lettuce. Absolutely none of the toppings or sauce came on it. We drove there to try to have it fixed and the manager literally tried to tell me I that there was no way they did this and I had to have swapped the burgers myself. I have never been accused of some stupid shit like that. They were so rude and refused to remake them and continued to accused me of swapping burgers. I started to get pretty pissed off and my husband had to step in. I showed them all proof of purchase through doordash. Picture of us receiving it and time stamp. We literally came right there after seeing the food. I will never order from this place again. The staff is very rude and the manager was very audacious to accuse me of doing something like that as if I have burger king burgers laying around my house to swap out.

Never had a problem at the Ramsey location. Food is always hot and fresh. Never have an unreasonable wait or even quicker than expected. Definitely top notch for fast food in the area.

Food was ok not usual BK prepared everything undercooked. Tried eating inside only to have a delivery truck block me in and being disabled the driver's answer was this is where the ramp is when he could of found me before or parked across the parking lot and hand dolly the supplies in. No consideration or respect for an elderly disabled person.
Fast and friendly. Very clean restroom and condiment bar.

DO NOT eat at this establishment. My son begged me for mozz sticks and chicken fries and I finally gave in just for us to be sick as a dog the next morning with food poisoning. Disgusting and we will never come back.

Cashier has little experience taking orders and lack customer service. Doesn't listen well! For seniors it's not who you want service them. Asked for a whopper jr meal medium and a impossible burger. They took it as to meals. My father's older and don't like to go back and forth with unfriendly people. The food took about 15 minutes to come out. Note we were the only 2 in the line and another couple at a table. They had a mobile order waiting at their table. 5 staff members were working this establishment. 2 cooks a manager and 2 cashiers. That's if I'm correct. While we were waiting for order witnessed a cashier tell a customer picking up a mobile order who's phone was dying ( you need to wait it only me) all while she wasn't doing anything standing need to his order. 2 older gentlemen had came in to order and they and she had taken 1 of their orders. The other was trying to decide what he wanted. The young man with the mobile order phone died while waiting to give her a confirmation code. She told him I can't do nothing without it. He waited at least 15 minutes while ate for someone who I believe dropped him off to come back. Luck they had a tablet for him to pull up his code for her. Food had to be cold from sitting out. I get it not her fault but the attitude in her voice wasn't necessary. She could have given him a fresh order as well. Don't know how much scam goes on at this location or their situations but the customer service isn't present here. The business seem to be a clean and well taken care of place. Just the employee seemed to be just home if you understand this statement. I'm all for second chances but understand customers make or break businesses
