Cashier has little experience taking orders and lack customer service. Doesn't listen well! For seniors it's not who you want service them. Asked for a whopper jr meal medium and a impossible burger. They took it as to meals. My father's older and don't like to go back and forth with unfriendly people. The food took about 15 minutes to come out. Note we were the only 2 in the line and another couple at a table. They had a mobile order waiting at their table. 5 staff members were working this establishment. 2 cooks a manager and 2 cashiers. That's if I'm correct. While we were waiting for order witnessed a cashier tell a customer picking up a mobile order who's phone was dying ( you need to wait it only me) all while she wasn't doing anything standing need to his order. 2 older gentlemen had came in to order and they and she had taken 1 of their orders. The other was trying to decide what he wanted. The young man with the mobile order phone died while waiting to give her a confirmation code. She told him I can't do nothing without it. He waited at least 15 minutes while ate for someone who I believe dropped him off to come back. Luck they had a tablet for him to pull up his code for her. Food had to be cold from sitting out. I get it not her fault but the attitude in her voice wasn't necessary. She could have given him a fresh order as well. Don't know how much scam goes on at this location or their situations but the customer service isn't present here. The business seem to be a clean and well taken care of place. Just the employee seemed to be just home if you understand this statement. I'm all for second chances but understand customers make or break businesses

The young lady thats a manager was terrible . The cashier was laughing on FaceTime with AirPods in . He took forever to cash me out while he was on his phone . I finally got cashed out after 10 mins I asked for the food fresh only thing was hot was the fries & my burger was made wrong! Then after I got my food the manager proceed to say I didn’t have to blow my horn and he disrespectful idk if she was on drugs or not but I patiently waited on my food and to be treated like this she didn’t even offer to fix the mistake instead give a refund . She will run into the wrong person one day/night . Bless her & I hope management do something about her. Very sad.

The food was great the service was on time but I was using the drive-thru so the view of atmosphere was not that good.
I wear my pants backwards and shit through the zipper into the urinal here. The atmosphere is great and they are accommodating to people pooping through the fly of their pants into the urinal.

I'm sitting at Burger King we can open the doors cuz they won't open the door so let us in to order our foods the drive-thru is is Pat and I got here at 10:09 and I know for a fact I'm not going to be able to have breakfast because nobody inside is working and you can tell because nobody is getting service at all is this Burger King really works like this now like Burger King I never liked Burger King before but I wanted their croissant and I just don't understand why the door is open

This location has gotten worse and worse as the year has progressed, prompting me to write this review. The service has become rude or unbearable. Simple orders take forever (if they take your order). Last three experiences in a row have been dreadful. One drive-thru trip was unusually long for just some regular hamburgers and a fry. Next trip inside consisted of waiting on an employee to take our order. She told us "just a moment" and stood around for close to 10 minutes. We left, as did the group of construction workers behind us. The last straw was my most recent visit, this time in the drive-thru. Another extremely long wait for simple food. Workers were a bit rude and acted like they hated that I actually stuck around to get my food. Would no longer recommend this location.
