Order two rodeo cheese burger and the sticker says cheese and no cheese it’s like a joke you wanted cheese we know it but we will skip it …the lady upfront was nice though and the place was clean

Absolute worst experience I've had at any fast food restaurant in my life. Between yelling at each other about personal matters into the speaker and at the window and the abysmal treatment of a kind customer, it's no wonder we were one of two vehicles there.The staff was so rude that my wife was in tears. She nicely, cheerily said "okay, ready to order!" several times at the drive through after asking for a moment to decide. A voice kept coming on muffled and quiet with yelling in the background. When she said "hello? I can't tell if you're talking to me" the woman on the other end said "waiting on you" aggressively. Wife, politely, said "youre very quiet, may I order?" And the person yelled "I'M WAITING ON YOU." This all happened in literally under one minute.She was not greeted at either window. Waited six minutes at the window as the only customers in line with an empty lobby for our food (a kid's meal and two chicken sandwiches) just for it to be cold when we checked it in the parking lot.With so many better options in the immediate vicinity, we absolutely will not be returning.

AVOID!! If I could leave "0" stars I would. Ordered online using the app and double-checked the store address. After confirming the address twice we proceeded to the store to pick up our order. After waiting in line for almost an hour, when we arrived at the window the attendant informed us that they didn't have our order, even after showing her the order on the app on our phone which showed that we had already paid for it she told us that she didn't have the order and that there wasn't anything they could do for us. Refused to acknowledge that we already paid and got irritated with us because we asked for our food and showed that we had already paid for it. They couldn't even give us a refund and informed us that we would have to reach out to corporate to request a refund. Absolutely the WORST SERVICE EVER! DO NOT USE THE APP IT DOESN'T WORK and they won't accept responsibility.

FYI it's time to change your grease too...probably 2 days ago. Smh. Stuff costs too much for y'all to be giving folks trash in a bag, disguised as breakfast.
