I visited this location a little close to close and I had some coupons to use I was just getting off of work ready to go home and because it was close to close I knew exactly how the workers felt but yet I was treated with respect and great service 10/10 my food was fresh and hot and i had everything I ordered Mr. Shawn is who i believe took my order and gave me my food god bless for his patience and kindness 😊 will be back! (@a reasonable time of) (atmosphere was a 4⭐️because I didn’t go inside) but looked clean and I love the renovation.

DO NOT GO HERE!! The nastiest whopper and onion rings I’ve ever had. Burger was cold! Onion rings were cold and old! They were out of ketchup and cashier had a stank attitude and slammed the window in our face! Please go to Wendy’s or McDonalds!

This B.K. is obviously new on Raeford Rd. The employees there desperately need personalities. They are came across as just losing their only friend. Need to put smiles on their faces and at least pretend to be glad to see the customers.

Worst burger king I have ever been to. The manager is a joke. The staff all are ratchet as hell and are quick to show it. Asked for marinara they told me it's in the bag I said it's not I was told I took it out. I ended up paying 30 cents per sauce that I should've gotten anyway. If I took the sauce out of the bag why did I buy it? I asked for the food to be fresh. I think by fresh they heard cooked at some point hours before. The place was empty it always is. You just lost a customer and your staff treats your customers like garbage. Never going back.

By far the least liked place of mines to go the food is very much trash. Stopped by today had breakfast and I might as well paid $4 for a sandwich just for the bread cheese and egg no meat on my breakfast sandwich asked for it to be corrected and was handed burnt crunchy pieces of bacon in a paper sandwich wrapping out the window. I definitely want be spending my money here ever again that’s for sure.

I only went through the drive-thru., but from the order box to the window to pick up my items I had a phenomenal experience. The ladies there took care of me and my kid, by simply listening understanding and executing with attentiveness!! I don't know the people working that day but they worked well together and you can see and understand the teamwork they have built together!!

I'm really over never being able to go into a restaurants lobby in the morning to get food and the doors always being locked. It's 7:30 on a Saturday morning. I miss the good old days when establishments actually welcomed their customers
