Very poor customer service!!! We went there for breakfast after leaving the hospital (spent the night admitted) and the cashier was very rude. It’s an older dark skinned lady. She refused to get our order right after countless corrections and when we got to the window, she was wrong and strong . After paying for the food, she shut the window in our face and walked away while we were asking her another question. Outright rude and don’t belong in customer care. Not to mention the hash browns were burnt and sandwiches THIN 0/10

Ordered delivery so it was cold but warned good in the microwave. Tried the maple bacon whopper and it was good but too sweet for me woukdnt get again. Love the frozen Coke but with delivery it was all melted😕

Service at this one is sub-par, the staff act less like they are working and more like they are hanging out in a place where people bother them for food. The acting manager is rude and doesn't interact with costumes well. After getting my order wrong, I had to sit inside for an additional 30 mins waiting for them to make 1 sandwich as if this was some sort of fine dinning experience. If you have to pick a burger king, DO. NOT pick this one, you will regret it.

When I got to the restaurant, the lobby was already closed at 8:18 PM that is ridiculous. Why the lobby is closed so early before I even get there so I’m wondering why the lobby closed so early and only drive-through and the drive-through is backed up.

Every single time my family tries to go there and just enjoy a breakfast sandwich.It is always a problem. We live maybe five minutes from this burger.King, and we have started going past here.Just to go anywhere else to not have to deal with this burger.King, especially the manager. Every time we go, we get passed out cold food or just outlandish, looking food that I wouldn't even give my dog. And then when we try and call her and tell her, she basically tells us that we're wrong. If you want to enjoy good burger, king food, go down the street. And look for the burger king by the hardee's down the same road.. DO NOT COME HERE.

I went through the drive through 1/14/26 at 12:15pm the lady who took my order was very well spoken and upbeat! She repeated my order to me at the window handed my drink to me, asked if I needed ketchup (I always forget) I said yes please and she put it in my bag for me handed my bag and notified me that my straw is inside the bag. Best customer service and energy ever!! In this city it’s so hard to find positive energy and great customer service! I asked her name and I don’t know how to spell it so sorry if I’m wrong but Taliyah with that positive attitude and attention to detail I promise you will reach the stars. Thanks for great experience!!
This is hands down the best Burger King in town. They are always so polite and the food comes out fast and fresh. I love to stop here when I am on this side of town.

I visited this location a little close to close and I had some coupons to use I was just getting off of work ready to go home and because it was close to close I knew exactly how the workers felt but yet I was treated with respect and great service 10/10 my food was fresh and hot and i had everything I ordered Mr. Shawn is who i believe took my order and gave me my food god bless for his patience and kindness 😊 will be back! (@a reasonable time of) (atmosphere was a 4⭐️because I didn’t go inside) but looked clean and I love the renovation.

DO NOT GO HERE!! The nastiest whopper and onion rings I’ve ever had. Burger was cold! Onion rings were cold and old! They were out of ketchup and cashier had a stank attitude and slammed the window in our face! Please go to Wendy’s or McDonalds!
